its within walking distance of the attractions, its clean and is a good value for money. it's exactly what you need when on a city trip and you're not planning to stay in the hotel anyway

1.The situation near the metro station, bus, tram. 2. Quiet neighberhood 3. Large room 4. Property

We don't expect more for the price. Remember that's not a hotel. For more facilities pay more in luxury hotel.

It was a very nice place to stay, in a very good aerea that you can walk in the center. It has a very nice kitchen that you can cook if you are a budget traveller. Its very clean and the bed is very comfy!!

Unbelievably good location for the dollar. You simply cannot find cheaper quality accommodation in Rome. Very clean, quiet, central with everything you need close by. Would stay again in a second...did not want to leave this apartment...soooo cozy and homey!

Checking in is an ordeal...especially if you do not have a cell phone. Owner can be difficult to contact so you are on your own...which is a pain if you want to extend your stay...and the other guests kept eating my food in the fridge....arghhhh....you know who you are...I Want my olives back!

Troubles with check in and the room availability

It's location close to the metro and the vatican. Also close to the center and its touristic places.

There was no reception, the stuff was never there for anything. No room service at all. You needed something you have to be lucky to be there when the owner or the "cleaning" lady went to the place. It's a flat with rooms and private bathrooms. The place is ok for a couple of days but if you are staying a week and no one cleans the room or your bath room well is not that good for the price you are paying. The standarts are at least room service from time to time during your stay. I didnt like the service at all beause was no service!!!

The location is great - 20 min walk to Vatican!!! The rooms are comfortable and there is a kitchen with all the stuff that one may need.

I had to call to check in which was very expensive as I was in roaming.

if you arrived the hotel later than 8:00 pm, you will pay extra charge even though you told the staff what time you will arrive at.

It is a great simple place, which has everything you need for your short stay as well as is within walking distance from most of the attractions. Very nice owner, who greeted us and gave his suggestions for a visit. Highly recommended!

Since you are left with absolutely no supervision, I would have expected at least rubbish to be changed as well as topping up of the toilet paper. In 3 days of our stay the cleaner did not appear any single time. This was a little down fall and a suggestion for improvement.

I liked that it felt like your own apartment.

I didn't like that there was not a receptionist available to help.

Very good standard, clean, well equipped rooms. This place gives you an opportunity to meet interesting people from all over the world. There is no reception and restaurant but this is not a problem. There are cheap places to eat and supermarkets around. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals yourself. Also nice balcony, washing machine and an iron! And on top of this an excellent service from Romolo. Very good location - close to the Vatican and to the metro station. And everything for a very atrractive price. Will stay there again when next time in Rome!

Good location

It was cold, no warm blankets, so I got sick. Poor hot water pressure.

Удобное месторасположение, практически центр города, из окна виден Ватикан (купол собора св.Петра). Рядом станция метро Lepanto. От отеля легко добраться пешком до многих достопримечательностей. В отеле есть кухня со всем необходимым для готовки, также есть кофе-машина, гостям бесплатно выдают капсулы кофе - очень удобно утром!

Проблемы с чистотой: очень грязные окна, подоконники. За 3 дня практически никогда не было горячей воды! Только ночью и то урывками, по 3-5 минут! В номере №3 высокая влажность, на стене, которая отделяет ванную от комнаты - большое плесневое пятно!

Sijainti on hyvä pienen kävelymatkan päässä Lepanton metroasemalta. Keittiössä voi tehdä itselleen hyvin aamupalan. Siisteydessä ei huomauttamista.

Ongelman voi tuottaa se, ettei hotelli ole normaali hotelli vastaanottoineen. Iltapäivällä saapuvalla ei kuitenkaan ongelmia.

Замечательное расположение, 5 минут от метро. До метро ходят многие автобусы из центра города. Тихий квартал, до Ватикана тоже недалеко. Красивый вид с балкончика. Чистый номер, горячая вода, чайник, холодильник, быстрый WiFi - все показали; все, как обещалось. Даже оплату приняли пластиковой картой! Была в Риме проездом на сутки, но с удовольствием осталась бы подольше и остановилась там еще раз. Отличный выбор для остановки на несколько дней неприхотливым туристам, чтобы погулять по городу.

Немного неудобная кровать в одноместном номере и немного застираное (но чистое) постельное белье. Но после долгой прогулки и на ней отлично спится. =)
