The staff were extremly friendly! Even the cleaning lady would always say hi as we walk out of the hotel room for the day. Very helpful with everything we needed :)

The wall are thin. You can hear everyone coming and leaving. If you are a very light sleeper, you might have some problem falling asleep

perfect location, 4min from Piazza di Spagna and 3 min from Fontana di Trevi. Metro station is very close, easy to get there from the airport. Very clean and cozy, nice, simple breakfast, nice staff, very helpful with information and map about the city. Good value for money.

the only negative we found is that the room No 1 that we stayed is near the kitchen and the reception and we could hear everything, and at 7am when they were preparing the breakfast. Otherwise, we recommend it completely!

hotel is newly decorated, clean and tidy.

The staff at reception, a young guy with a Adidas hat, he is not friendly at all. we asked him to call a taxi for next morning, he did not do it until we remind him again and again. no body at reception in the morning, just a note says the taxi is confirmed. no booking number, nothing. and we did not get the taxi in the end.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rome Kings Relais. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing a handy map when we arrived with the key sights. We had a lovely lady looking after our rooms, and also organising our breakfast for us, which was ample to set you up for a day of walking around Rome. The room was very clean and newly refurbished, in an old building, with the old lift a particularly lovely part. The location is great, so close to the Trevi Fountain, we passed it every day. The walls are a little thin on occasion, but this would not put me off staying again, and was not constant enough for me to think about putting this as something I didnt like.

Once late at night the shower ran out of hot water There was some noise from the room next door but these were small complaints we would happily return

This is not really a hotel, more an apartment that has been converted into rentable rooms. It is not a cozy place to stay, just a place for sleeping.

Hotel was fantastic! Perfect everything! Almost.... (The door to the room was paper thin and we could here every single noise in the foyer) it's a shame because it would be 100% otherwise

Very nice and hard working staff who kept the hotel spotless, and were always available to help whenever we needed something. Our room was newly renovated, so felt fresh and modern as well as being very comfortable and well designed.

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel as there was not a clear sign on the street, possibly because of renovations with scaffolding to the exterior of the building. A nice addition to the breakfast might be a milk steamer. It is Italy after all.

The hotel is minutes walk from Trevi fountain. The staff are very friendly, helpful & speak good English. The breakfast simple but tasty. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Everyday they make your bed & put clean towels. We would definitely stay again.

A little bit hard to find in the street. Look for a small sign by a doorway. I rang the hotel asking for a bottle of champagne in room, they said to email for wine list, I did this several times but had no reply. The telephone number on website is incorrect it ri gs the other hotel with similar name.

La situation géographique est excellente, les chambres sont très propres et assez spacieuses. Personnel sympathique.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas de très bonne qualité. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées entre elles.

La habitación estaba genial, muy nuevo todo y limpia. La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, en pleno centro. El desayuno muy completo y muy rico. La experiencia general mejor imposible. El personal muy amable.

Amplasare excelenta, personal extrem de amabil, curatenie impecabila. Renovarea este recenta si cu materiale de buna calitate, micul dejun variat. Pentru cei interesati, personalul vorbeste romaneste.

לא בדיוק מלון אלא קומת חדרים בבניין, אבל למטיילים ברומא לא צריך יותר מזה- מיקום מצוין, חדר נעים, נוח, נקי ומעוצב בטעם.צוות נחמד ואדיב, ארוחת בוקר מינימלית ומחיר שווה לכל כיס! אנחנו נהנינו מאד (אם ובת), ממליצות בחום!

Alandan otele ulaşmak çok kolay. Gezi bölgelerine çok yakın, yürüyerek tüm Roma'yı gezdik. Akşam yemeği ve sonrasındaki zamanlar için mükemmel bir konum, lokantalar ve barlar sonrası otele dönüş çok güvenli, kolay ve rahattı. Roma Pass' ımız olduğu halde yürüyerek dolaştık.
