Location in very close for transportation. The staff treated su very good.
You have to leave the keys in the front desk every time you go out and when you come back you can be long time knocking the door to enter the hotel.
Extremely comfortable, rooms were better than shown in the photos, decently spacious and good location
Very helpful staff for ideas of what to do, what to see and best places to go we really enjoyed our stay and will return to stay in hotel love rome so close to everything and in a local area so everything is a lot cheaper e.g food, drink, shopping and in a very safe area.
Everything was perfect
The location was ideal as right beside the metro station. Easy walk to the Colosseum and Forum area of town and with the metro it was only 15 mins from the Vatican. Reception happy to arrange transport / transfers and provide any info you asked for.
Area outside hotel a bit run down and as the front entrance is undercover it is popular late at night with down and outs - that said we had no bother.
Location to public transport and amenities good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms are not soundproof as stated and constant problems with wifi trying to access at night.
-metro station, bus station. (termini) -Clean
We stayed in hotel rome only 1 night. the elevator was out of order. The room was cold. The 2nd day they moved us to another hotel. The photos are taken from the 1st hotel.I thinnk the other hotel was named love rome 2009. The second one was clean but really bad with old yellow walls in a bad contition. The man in the reception was sleeping in the morning so we were delayed for the check out. I don't know If I am strict but 8 is too much for that hotel.I wouldn't recommend it. I am sorry
there a few decent restaurants in the vicinity The lady in the morning shift at the Reception was very helpful....but that all the good i can say
They DO NOT HAVE HEATING. we visited in late November and was surprised that the heating didnt work...when we complained to the staff they said that they only switch it on in the late evening....they turn it off again middle of the night and switch it on again towards 6 in the morning....the rest of the time no heating....was so chilly inside the room This hotel is located in a very run down shady area near the Central station. The lift area smells very musty about 15-20m walk from the central train station
Open 24 hours
Out of the way, dingy area No breakfast
The room was good value for what I paid. The area that it is in is alright. Train station beside hotel. And lift was a god send!
Directions to the hotel are not great. And unless you are walking pass it you will miss it! Hotel staff had poor English and were not very approachable. Bathroom was a very tight space
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a great size, comfprtable and clean. Great location near the main train station.
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. They offered us later check-out in order to stay in the room with A/C (it was 40deg C outside). A/C working perfectly. Rooms with the street view not too noisy.
Extremely clean. Good shower. Many toiletries. Would highly recommend and return.
Loud outside, definitely not sound proof. Could hear reception telephone, door bell and door slamming.
