dinner was more than accpetable. Waiters were very pleasant with all of us. Our booking was made through your services, because we wanted a 4 pax' room. Arriving at thier desk, they said they had not such rooms. Fortunately, they accepted to add 2 beds No pb. |

Das Hotel an sich war sehr schön und gepflegt. Weiters war die Poolanlage sehr sauber. Die Preise für Getränke, die nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert sind, sind extrem hoch. |

L'assegnazione di una camera diversa dal quella acquista (un bagno anzichè due). La mancanza del servizio acquistato del rifacimento camera. La maleducazione dello staff. La mancanza di un kit minimo per due persone e la non sostituzione neanche del sapone consumato. I prezzi assurdi della colazione e del bar, in considerazione del monipolio in una zona totalmente isolata. |

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, il servizio è stato ai massimi livelli e il personale della massima cortesia e sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Camere molto belle e ben pulite, il letto è trà i migliori che si possono trovare. Attenzione alla colazione, se non è inclusa nel prezzo della camera costa uno sproposito e non è all'altezza di un prezzo così elevato, con gli stessi soldi in centro a Roma ci si paga un pranzo. |
