The location is good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and tide. The breakfast is delicious.
Very nice staff. Feel like going back to China home. Clean, and comfertable. Close to the Train station center and undown town.
a litter noisy in the night since it is close to the street.
staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean, towels changed daily, free bottles of water daily
TV channels selection but not an issue as we were there to see the city
Great location, excellent wifi, very friendly staff.
A bit noisy and poor english level of staff
The staff were very helpfull and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent.
This hotel was difficult to find. There should be a sign outside the building (" Hotel Rome Romantic City "). When the door was finally discovered, we entered a kind of court yard and have no clue where to go from there. If the staff didn't notice us stand there and show us the way to the lobby via an ancient elevator, we may still be standing there. And it would really help to have an English speaking person to assist English speaking guests.
Good location, really nice and helpfull staff, good breakfast, clean room and good wi-fi connection. Early check-in and late check-out.
The staff didn't speak English, but it did not cause any problem, because they were really helpful. The nearest chinese quarter, but it was near to the station Termini and Colosseum too.
The room was clean and we got clean towels every day. Very Nice staff.
The breakfast was poor, and the entrance to the hotel was poor.
kindness, hospitality, feeling like being at home
Staff were very pleasant and keen to help. The rooms were small but compact and well cleaned every day. We were able to choose our room and chose one at the back which was quieter. Breakfast was much as usual for Rome _ pre packed rolls and sweet breads and fruit of which there was always plenty of choice. Within a 10 minutes walk from the Termini.
The double bed in our room was very hard and not very comfortable. On our last night there was a very loud noise like a very loud generator which continued all night and made sleep impossible.
Good location, near to the city centre. Good breakfast, nice staff, clean room.
Clean, nice service, friendly staff.
Very helpfull staff Reasonable location Very clean Soundproof window
Unsecure location Poor breakfast Staff's english not good Some things seens to be kind of improvised
The hotel with great location and facilities. We are surprised to have such a clean and big room in the place near Termini Station. Staffs are nice and helpful
Breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Thanks to the clean and cozy accommodation could trip.
Bathroom was small, but not a big issue.
Hotel was neat and clean. Easily connected to the city via metro. WIFI is good.
It was hard to find the hotel. There were no boards related to hotel even outside the building where the hotel is situated. Also, the staff's english is not average.
Good location. Nice staffs and they are fluent Mandarin speakers. Cozy, neat and tidy room.
Location is good. To walk, it takes only 5 minutes from Roma Termini. And it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. If you like, you may walk to Colosseum and it only takes around 15 minutes. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They really helped a lot in our journey. They helped to keep our luggage for few days when we were out for visiting Sicilia. Also, they lent us the kitchen for making supper when we got back hotel late. The room is cozy, neat and tidy. It's really sweet to have an electric kettle already inside the room.
Staff made every effort to make us comfortable, although communication was very difficult. They spoke very little English and we didn't have any Chinese. Error in booking was rectified immediately without prompting from us. Clean and well maintained.
Not many authentic Italian restaurants near by, it was in the Chinese quarter of Rome. Limited breakfast choices.
It was not like a hotel but a flat to be honest
Great hospitality . Great facilities with free mineral water daily .
The crew is wonderfull and caring!!! Breakfast is very good.the place is very clean . 5 . min from termini station We enjoyed our stay very much
Bed is a bit hard
The room was very clean and specious, and always had new towels and water bottles when you came home from a day in the city. Location was just perfect for going anywhere, as the Termini station was very near. 7 minutes walk to Colosseum. Also good restaurants nearby for the evening.
You need patience with the staff, as they only speak Chinese and Italian. But they go out of their way to be helpful!
The hotel is really good... We stayed there 2 nights. We asked for a room with two separate beds and they give us a 3 persons room with one double bed and one single bed. In the room there is a big fridge, air conditioner and a boiler with cups and tea, plus a hair dryer in the bath room. We had the room with the window in the court yard, so for us there were no noise at all, very quite and relaxing. The location is also very nice, its a walking distance from the maine city center attraction. It was not hard to find it, u just take the building with the right number and go up on the second floor. Breakfast its pretty good, there is no very big choice, but you can eat as much you want and for Rome and this segment hotels its a very good breakfast. We ate our breakfast around 9:00 am so at the table there was nobody except us. What i really appreciated was the early check inn, we arrived in rome at 10:00 and at 10:20 in the morning we already were in our room. The front desk is working 24/7.
