L'ospitalità e la professionalità dello staff, unite alla pulizia delle camere confortevolissime, la posizione centralissima, praticamente in piazza Di Spagna mi portano a dare un giudizio eccellente per il soggiorno in questo B&B. Prezzo ottimo e staff molto simpatico e professionale.

La posizione è perfetta: 10 metri da Piazza di Spagna. La famiglia che gestice la struttura è gentilissima e sono molto disponibili a suggerire ristoranti e bar dove mangiare bene e spendere in modo ragionevole. Per la colazione si scende al bar che sta esattamente affianco al portone d'ingresso. Le stanze sono curate e molto pulite. Insomma, consigliato.

I proprietari che sono gentilissimi e pronti sempre a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. La posizione è ottima e il prezzo è molto contenuto per quello che Rome 55 offre.

La descrizione corrispondeva esattamente con la realtà dei fatti.

Lovely family staff who really listened. Excellent service getting us to the airport very early in the morning. Location! Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Security. Lift to take weary travellers and luggage. Quietness. Wifi. Cannot speak highly enough of Natasha and her family.

Air conditioning not efficient. Room felt hot and stuffy. Not enough bright light in room. (We were offered another room when one was available but as it was our last night, we declined.) Bath not available as boiler not big enough (however this is being remedied).

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. The rooms were medium size, modern and very clean. A coffee machine in the room was a nice plus. Breakfast was served in a cafe downstairs and included only coffee and fresh pastry.

Nice knowledgeable and friendly staff( Russian, English, Italian), great location( we lived in the same building with Prada and Caffe Greco), nice clean room, cozy Italian bar for breakfast. We are definitely recommending this family hotel for a first time traveler- all suggestions we've got from the owner - restaurants, shops, sites, transportation -were excellent . Note: for a tourist who prefer the anonymity of a big hotel this is not a solution. Roma 55 is a small family business with five rooms only in the old building facing an Spanish steps. We are definitely coming back, Natali and Claudio! We loved it! Мы определенно рекомендуем этот семейный отель для туристов , которые в Риме впервые. Все советы, которые мы получили от владельца - рестораны, магазины, сайты, транспорт, были превосходны. Примечание: для туристов, которые предпочитают анонимность большого отеля, это не подходит. Рома 55 - это небольшой семейный бизнес с пятью комнатами в старом здании с видом на Испанскую лестницу. Мы определенно возвращаемся, Natali и Клаудио! нам очень понравилось у вас!

A bit pricey, but we visited on holidays, all the hotels around were very expensive....

Excellent location just steps from the Spanish Stairs and close to the Trevi Fountains. Nice bathroom- nicest part of the room!!

Very dark room. no central light, only 2 small bed lights. Bed was very hard. Room was small.Would not stay here again. The pictures on the Booking.com website were very deceptive.

We loved the service and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, with large bathrooms and all the amenities. Awesome location at the bottom of the Spanish steps and the most awesome shopping in Rome!

Very familiar treat in the best shopping area in the center of Rome, just 20 meters from Piazza de Spagna.

Thw owners were very friendly. There are only 5 rooms for these hotels and operated by 3 lovely family. It was clean and safe, convenient and very comfortabl and well-organized. The location is great, very near to spanish step and close to everything. This hotel is back of Prada shop on Condotti Road. I would recommend and sure will come abck to stay here if I'll be in Rome again.

Heater was too hot especially in the hallway. In the room we try to turn off the heater or at least switch to low but cant find so we opened the window instead to help thr room get much colder. But it's just small things. Overall is great place!!!

cris,natalie and papa were very friendly and helpfull...excellant location..extremely close to spanish steps and metro..great shoping.Definitly we would stay there again...

I felt we were staying with family.

The warmth, humour and friendliness of the family who run this boutique hotel made our stay a joy. No question went unanswered. every assistance that could have been offered was offered and with a smile, even a laugh. truly a delightful experience.

Amazing location at the base of the Spanish Steps and in the center of great shopping. Cris, the owner, makes you feel like family and provided great dining recommendations. Very comfortable and unpretentious. Highly recommend.

The location was excellant, central to the city and all its attractions. The owners/staff were extremly helpful and courteous, the rooms were very clean and well laid out.

The breakfast routine, there was no where to eat your breakfast, other than sitting on your bed.

We only stayed 2 nights and were warmly welcomed. Location fantastic - walk out the door to the Spanish Steps - close enough to walk to Trevi Fountain and famous shopping district. Family run business who are available for your needs 24/7 - very friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent, very helpul for a person who visit for traveling, they introduce you good restaurant, good place for shopping and site seeing. Perfect for new visitors.

Boutique hotel, small and friendly. Nice room, with great bathroom -excellent shower. Location,location,location ....in the heart of the city at a reasonable price. Owner extremely friendly,waited tillwe checked in at 10pm.

The only thing I didn't like was the TV - need more satelite service that is in Eglish...it was almost non english except for 2 channels.
