Location was good & close to historical attractions.

housekeeping was not good & reception was available only for 2 hours in the morning.

Too small shower cabin. Non comfortable pillows.

Well, it's on one of the most beautiful Vias of Rome, Via del Babuino, only about 200 meters from Piazza del Popolo. You can walk just about anywhere from here. -We did for instance!- Since the rooms are on the second floor of this beautiful building, it feels like you've been living there your whole life, as if you are entering your own place. We stayed in the Monica Suit which looks directly on Via del Babuino. It's more than enough for 2 people. It's decorated nicely, it even has a kitchenette. The bed is pretty comfortable and there is a big screen tv if you feel like watching something. The room is cleaned daily. You hardly ever see any of the staff around but when you do, they are all real nice and kind and they try to help you in any way they can. On our last day they allowed us to leave our luggages in our room till 4pm for instance, which was really nice of them. To cut it short,i would definitely come back here and would suggest this place to all.

No negative comments. We just loved the place.

We definitly enjoyed the spacious room (big bed, big shower for two, couch/ensuit living section) and the new design. Beside this the self-service-coffee (nespresso!) and tee was excellent! This gave us the opportunity for a nice and cosy "Morning"-Drink in Bed:) - muffins encluded. The Personal is friendly, easy going and you can arrange to leave your luggage there - while you hope out for a bargain, or pasta break.

All rooms are facing the street, where it get's noisy because of traffic and mass of people searching for best buys:). If you are sensitive to noice don't forget your earplugs. The shower was big and comfortable - but alreadyto starts going mouldy..

the location of the apartment and the internet was very good

no body helps you in the bags and no reception and no one to answer your calls if you needed any help

Location is great. Near to everywhere, easy walk around Rome sites. Clean & comfy.

Great location. Fabulous and spacious room. More like a serviced apartment than a hotel. Make sure you let Guilio and Elena know what time your arriving a day or two before you arrive so they can meet you to check you in. This is not a hotel and doest have a reception area. We loved it.

Nothing - loved everything about it.

We could not be more pleased with our stay at Romeo Al Babuino. The staff went above and beyond by arranging our airport pick up and accommodating our unusual check out time. On top of that, the location could not be better. It's just a few minutes away from the Spanish Steps and a Metro Station. We will be coming back on our next trip to Rome.

It was a quiet and comfortable oasis after a hot and hectic day of sightseeing and shopping. A fantastic location in a vibrant part of the city -- literally steps away from the Spanish Steps. It was a truly unique form of accommodation -- more like a private apartment than a hotel, but with daily linen service and lovely touches like free espresso and tea and goodies just outside the room. The people in charge couldn't have been more helpful or charming. Overall a unique and completely pleasurable experience!

Excelente !! no es un hotel sino que son suites, pero con todas las comidades de una exclente habitacion de hotel. Ubicado en una calle paralela a Via del Corso., Lo que hace que este muy central pero no haya tanto ruido, ademas que tienen ventanas anti ruidos. Otro aspecto destacable fue la atención, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitaramos..incluso nos esperaban con un mapa y nos marcaron un supermercado y otras cosas que queriamos saber. Tienen en el recibidor una maquina de cafe, chocolates y otros dulces, libros de viaje que uno puede consultar e incluso paraguas por si toca lluvia.

La verdad nada fue todo mas que perfecto...solo podria decir que el ascensor era algo estrecho pero al menos tenia por que muchas suites u hoteles en roma no tienen ya que se estan en edificaciones antiguas.En todo caso esta en el 2º piso asique no es tan terrible subir a pie si el ascensor no les agrada.

все понравилось , первый раз пользуемся услугами проживания в аппартаментах, хотя в риме уже были больше десяти раз . отличное место расположения , ни к чему не привязан , утром купил свеж. выпечку напротив и плюс неограниченное кофе в таблетках в холле ,каждый день пока вас нет убирают номер , хороший выбор тв программ , бесплатный интернет , бар и главное просторный номер с высоким потолком . за день до вылета в рим через почту предложили услуги встречи в аэропорту , мы подтвердили , нас с табличкой встретели и на семи местом авто за 48€ доставили к месту пребывания, точно также увезли.в целом все что заявлено присутствовало и нам все понравилось, продумано и экономимый вариант проживания. в последнее время перед выбором места проживания мы часто ориентируемся на отзывы. удачи всем .

супруга просила добавить больше освещения в ванную комнату

Модная улица. Исторический центр. Очень уютно и стильно по домашнему. Есть общая зона где кофемашина, чайник, книги, кресла, книги. Хозяйка женщина, все сделано с любовью.Уборка каждый день. Хороший кондиционер работает на тепло и на холод.

Мебель стильная, хотя не достаточно дорогая. Слышно с улочки шум ночью. Душевая не очень понравилась.

Tout était parfait,sauf le matelas trop dur à notre goût.....mais nous sommes probablement trop habitué à un matelas tempur :-) La gentillesse de Helena,la situation,la discrétion,le style appartement cosy et propre.....tout était très bien, rien a redire. Si toutes les hôtesses étaient aussi aimable que HElena.....le monde serait magique.

Le matelas et peut être effectivement une insonorisation .....mais rien d anormal pour loger dans une ville comme Rome

Está bien ubicado, en un calle con aspecto de local, no repleta de turistas. No es un hotel, es un apartamento privado en un edificio, pero con buenos detalles como una cafetera nespresso, chocolates y libros disponibles para todos los apartamentos. El dueño muy antento en todo momento. Han hecho un bue reciclaje de una edificio antiguo.

La calle es muy ruidosa, supongo que como todas en roma. A pesar de una muy buena ventana doble tenía que dormir con tapones. Acostumbrado a hoteles, a veces los apartamentos carecen de los detalles de mantenimiento, y este parecía que algunas cosas no eran de gran calidad o no estaban totalmente nuevas. La cama y la única almohada no son comparable con las de un buen hotel.

המלון ממוקם היטב בין המדרגות הספרדיות לבין פיאצה פאפולו. בתוך בית דירות עם מעלית קטנה. החדרים גדולים ומעוצבים בטוב טעם. בכל חדר מקרר קטן עם אפשרות להכנת קפה או תה. יש גם חדר שבו מטבחון עם כל המכשור הנדרש. הצוות נותן יחס אישי וחם. למרות שעת הפינוי הרשמית אפשרו לנו להשאר במלון עד שעה מאוחרת יותר (בגלל טיסה לילית), בתנאי שאין מזמין אחר לחדר, כמובן. נהננו מאוד להתארח במלון.

הגענו עם רכב שכור לרומא, אין בבית המלון מקום חניה ואסור להכנס לרחוב עם רכב שאין לו אישור תושב בשעות מסוימות של היום. מומלץ לא להגיע לעיר עם רכב שכור. מעט יקר.

Localização excelente,apartamento limpo e bem decorado, wifi free funcionando bem.

Só aconselho a avisar horário que chegara pois não tem recepcao 24h. Avisando tudo bem.

Понравилось все. Отдельно отмечу кондиционирование, в городе было очень жарко, система справлялась прекрасно, что надо сказать редкость в Риме.

Super Lage, wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Suite mit Küchenecke ist sehr modern und liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank ist immer gefüllt, die Getränke günstig. Tag und Nacht stehen Espresso und Tee, sowie Kuchen und Süßigkeiten umsonst zur freien Verfügung. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig, die Fenster gut isoliert, so dass auch von der Straße wenig zu hören ist. Hier wohnt man sehr gut!

Very clean, comfortable room. Excellent location. Nice design, cosy, Nespresso and muffins available free of charge.

A bit noisy, central heating did not work apropriately (was either too hot or too cold) and shower overflew easily.

Die Lage ist wirklich Top. Freundlich, sauber, nette Einrichtung.

La gentillesse du personnel. La propreté et le design de la chambre.

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir prendre de petit-déjeuner sur place. Et le manque de petit frigo dans la suite. Rue un peu bruyante dans la journée, mais ce n'est pas trop génant la nuit.

A great choice in terms of location and accommodation. A very friendly welcome. Comfortable apartments. Armanda was very spacious. Monica has a small kitchen. Nespresso machine for guests' use.

Street was a little noisy, but ear plugs remedy this. Suite Monica has a small shower.
