Hotel Romeo  

Of course very luxurious. Very good design. Near port Molo Beverello. It is convenient to travel to Sorrento, Capri etc. by sea.

1. the worst breakfasts for 5* hotels. I think it was bad even for 3*. 2. Very difficult system of management switch on/off of light. A lot of buttons, it is impossible to understand. It is unbelievable but somebody decide to switch off light in toilets automatically if no movement:) of course you are very soon in darkness:) same situation for bathroom if you decide to take a bath. Of course energy efficiency is very important but not in such places:) 3. Hotel is far from main streets of city. It is not convenient. Near only port. 4. Staff is good but not excellent. I had to carry bags fm cloakroom to taxi myself. No great problems, but it is 5*. Several other small "problems". 5. Widely advertised harbour view is not perfect. Yes You see Vesuvio, but also you see awful three floored building in front your window near the sea. No doubts that view from other hotels on main seafront street is much better.

State of the art hotel, work of art hotel! Loved everything about the hotel and the room, and the view. Spectacular Loved the location as well.

Charging for music in the room seemed rather absurd.

Excellent service from staff at front desk re city interests. Well located to visit old city area by foot. Rooms were good size, as expected for this class of hotel. Excellent bathroom area. Good breakfast selection, hot and cold.

Noticeably inexperienced staff in dining room for evening meal, not up to the required standard. The room lights were not mastered even after 3 days, an elctrical engineering degree seems necessary!

Hotel did not have ironing board to give to me. The location was in very dirty area

The whole hotel is amazing... Starting from the design up to the services that it provides.

Lovely hotel, great design, very nice andf attentive staff. Great breakfast, wonderful views. Very comfortable, good size room. Would definitely recommend.

Local area just ok, Naples is overflowing with rubbish but just heard on the news that the army is taking care of that :) and it is not a joke.Also, five star hotel should have a free parking.

Un hotel 5* no puede carecer de bañera. Un hotel 5* no puede utilizar el minimalismo para ofrecer una habitación tan pequeña que resulta indigna de su categoría Su modernismo hace inútiles muchos objetos o servicios: agua de ducha que se sale de la habitación, a la ducha se accede por el espacio donde está el WC con lo que todo se moja y no hay intimidad... Buffet de desayuno rácano, con personal insuficiente, vulgar de calidad, etc. Las vistas a la bahía resulta que son vistas a los containers del puerto. (Pagué plus por tener vistas a la bahía) En definitiva, por el precio que he pagado son mejores otras alternativas. Vamos un completo desengaño

O hotel tem um design moderno, quarto super confortável, mimos para o hóspede como café expresso, biscoitos finos e água na chegada, excelente café da manhã e ótimo sinal de wi-fi. O restaurante onde é servido o café tem uma linda vista para a baía de Nápoles e o Vesúvio. O acesso é fácil (por táxi) aos demais pontos da cidade. Se dinheiro não é seu problema, escolha o Romeo e não se arrependerá.

Colazione pressochè inesistente e totalmente inadeguata per il prezzo della camera, totale incuria dei particolari. Un bellissimo hotel ma con delle pecche macroscopiche che un hotel di lusso non dovrebbe assolutamente avere.

Lussuoso albergo dal sapore orientale ristrutturato da uno staff di architetti che hanno saputo unire le maestranze partenopee a gusti più internazionali, davvero d'effetto..bello,comodo,dotato di ogni confort,ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato sulla città..tornerò volentieri..
