Very modern hotel and fit out which we really liked. The restaurant was first class, one of the best meals we have enjoyed. It was located near the ferry terminals, so the surrounding area wasn't as nice as those closer to the city centre/shopping district.

The hotel is really amazing! It's high class design, the staff is very professional. It's centrally located in the harbour. Walking distance to the center. It's expensive to use extra service here; like car parking, drinks etc.

The Romeo hotel has a nice modern look and feel to it. High quality furnishing all around. Staff was friendly and always seemed to help when needed. If your coming from America, expect room to be smaller than we're used to. We had a small room for the price of a suite in Vegas. The room has everything you will need. Bed was soft with gigantic soft pillows. The pool area was gorgeous but closes too early. The pool was heated and was very confortable even in 50 degree weather. The wait staff were very helpful and very professional. Spoke very good english and took care of in a timely manner. We had a view of the kitchen and loved watching the meticulous chefs prepare our meal. Prices were a bit steep for the size of the room. Restaurants do not open until 8pm. As with most hotels, I usually get military discounts, but this Hotel didn't offer any. If they offered military discounts for U.S. military service members, I would stay agian.

The hotel design is not disappointing. Go there if you are a design fan or if you want to impress your partner. The sushi bar is wonderful but it would have been better to put it on the last floor not at the lobby level. The breakfast is fine but not stunning ( no fresh orange juice...) and cost 20€/pax if not booked in your room price. Few things that I really didn't like are: - food is way too expensive compare to what you find in your plate. I don't mind paying a high price when it's very good but here you find e price but not the quality. At the restaurant I have asked for water from the tab, but the waiter explained me he was not authorised to do so. - the corridors generates a lot of echo and the hotel plays music early in the morning and late in the night! You can hear the music from your bed even with a pillow on your head... - despite the price of your room, you have to pay 20€ to access the SPA area or the gym, come on! I would prefer to have this include in my room price rather than having extra cost when I have already set my budget when I arrive.

The Hotel's overall ambience and decor was great; but the cleanliness of the rooms was questionable. Sheets and towels weren't changed daily, quality of service isn't consistent and the staff are sometimes reluctant to help.

Lovely hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. Hot tub on the roof is excellent, and the rooftop restaurant is also lovely. Food and drinks great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Considering that rooms are pretty expensive, and it's not very crowded, it's really disappointing that access to the spa and gym are not included - it's an additional 20 euros to access the facilities each time - on the one occasion I did pay, they were completely deserted and the gym equipment appeared to be hardly used - which shows that their great facilities are going unused because of the rather arbitrary additional fee. It's a small price, but when you're spending a lot on a luxury hotel you expect to have the advertised facilities included.

Ultra modern design - very imoressive. great restaurant..very reasonably priced, food plating as crazily (over) designed as the hotel. Convenient location for airport. A great modern hotel experience. Design sometimes sacrifices functionality... have to figure out lighting, shower system, lift. Staff very good but a little too formal which comes across as unfriendly & unapproachable. Hotel seems to be in a rough neighborhood near the ferry port, but then most of Naples seems to me to be rough & grubby with a sense of not feeling safe, particularly at night.

The hotel is one of the best hotels in terms of design; in other words it is a design showcase. Concerning service, we used to get bothered from room service girls knocking on our door periodically. The hotel is not expensive relatively to the luxury of the space and location, but it was not expected to be charged when using the gym since it is supposed to be part of the facilities that the guest have free access to. We were surprised that an amount has been deducted from our credit card once we checked in being more than the amount of the nights we are staying assuming that we might be using the minibar and some services in the hotel. But it could have been much easier (like all other hotels over the world) waiting until we check out and do the math especially that we are still waiting till now for the hotel to debit back the extra amount transfer along with the base amount of period stayed.

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at, anywhere. Everything about it is exquisite. The tasting menu dinner we had at Il Commandante was possibly the best meal I've ever had. The rooms at this hotel are truly incredible in their elegance and modern style.

The room was very good and the whole feeling inside the hotel was like being in a serene place similar to that found in many good spas but this extended throughout the hotel. The golf facility was quirky and fun, the mini-pool on the ninth floor excellent with its bar service and individual jacuzzi pods. Staff were very helpful and were proactive in pointing out places to see and things to do in the historic part of the city. We booked a walkng guided tour via the hotel and Giovanni was excellent. It is fairly expensive even for Italy and it was rather poor to have to pay an extra 2 x 20 euros every time my wife and I wanted to use the fitness facilities. The view from our room onto the busy ferry port with its large boats belching black oily diesal fumes was not pleasant.

Of course very luxurious. Very good design. Near port Molo Beverello. It is convenient to travel to Sorrento, Capri etc. by sea. 1. the worst breakfasts for 5* hotels. I think it was bad even for 3*. 2. Very difficult system of management switch on/off of light. A lot of buttons, it is impossible to understand. It is unbelievable but somebody decide to switch off light in toilets automatically if no movement:) of course you are very soon in darkness:) same situation for bathroom if you decide to take a bath. Of course energy efficiency is very important but not in such places:) 3. Hotel is far from main streets of city. It is not convenient. Near only port. 4. Staff is good but not excellent. I had to carry bags fm cloakroom to taxi myself. No great problems, but it is 5*. Several other small "problems". 5. Widely advertised harbour view is not perfect. Yes You see Vesuvio, but also you see awful three floored building in front your window near the sea. No doubts that view from other hotels on main seafront street is much better.
