Excellent service from staff at front desk re city interests. Well located to visit old city area by foot. Rooms were good size, as expected for this class of hotel. Excellent bathroom area. Good breakfast selection, hot and cold. Noticeably inexperienced staff in dining room for evening meal, not up to the required standard. The room lights were not mastered even after 3 days, an elctrical engineering degree seems necessary!

I liked the customer service and willingness of hotel staff to answer my questions. They were very patient and professional with handling my concerns. In fact I found the staff quite generous and patient as I checked out a little late. The quality of the rooms and spa/fitness center were excellent.

beautiful view from restaurant Il Comandante at The top of The building. Fantastic SPA where You Have to spend at least two hours to relax yourself instead to go around The city of Naples so dirty. I didn't like one waiter at The restaurant Il Comandante that was unprofessional and so friendly. I think that that too much things at The lobby area.

This hotel was easy to find-which is a difficult feat in Naples! The staff greeted us warmly, check in was easy and they showed us to our room. The room was amazing. A big beautiful window greeted us overlooking the port in Naples. Very modern and clean and an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was on the rooftop, was tasty, and service was phenomenal. This hotel made me regret I did not spend more time in Naples.

Lovely hotel, great design, very nice andf attentive staff. Great breakfast, wonderful views. Very comfortable, good size room. Would definitely recommend. Local area just ok, Naples is overflowing with rubbish but just heard on the news that the army is taking care of that :) and it is not a joke.Also, five star hotel should have a free parking.

Raramente ho Trovato nel mondo una tale cura per I dettagli. Personale di altissimo livello, attento alle esigenze del cliente ed impeccabile nel dare sempre informazioni precise e puntuali. è il mio Best Hotel 2011. La Spa ha aperto durante il nostro soggiorno e manifesta alcuni piccoli problemini di gioventù, dettagli risolvibili in una giornata.

カプリ島に行くのに目の前から船が出ていて便利でした。１０階のレストランのテラスで早朝に朝食をとると、- とても気持ちよかったです。 ホテル周辺はあまり治安がよくなさそうでした。パッと見た瞬間ラブホテルのような雰囲気で、ロビーのコンセ- プトがよくわからず、お金持ちの方が作られたホテルという感じでした。

Главный плюс отеля месторасположение и персонал.Отлично говорят на английском, но так как мы русские с нами общались на русском, что было приятно.Отель очень красивый.Бассейн на крыше считаем находной для отеля. An excellent range of services. Звуки в номере!!! Это кошмар!!! Номер красивый и в нем много что автоматизированно. Но всю ночь вся эта автоматика издает множество неприятных громких звуков. Поэтому поспать там комфортно не удалось. Ночь была ужастной!!! Это испортило все впечатление об отеле... Sounds in the room! It's a nightmare! The rooms are nice and there are a lot that is automated. But all night long all this Automation produces a lot of unpleasant loud noises. Therefore, sleep there comfortably failed. The night was uzhastnoy! It's all messed up impression of the hotel ...
