The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The guy at the reception (his name was Massimo) was unfriendly when we arrived at 11h in the evening, didn't want to help. Kind of making you think twice if you want to come again in this hotel! |

Staff were excellent and very helpful & on day when hotel shuttle didn't arrive organised free taxi instead - even though there was a bus-stop right outside hotel. Room was basic but large and clean. Location required a bus or hotel shuttle trip to station (10-30 min depending on traffic) & then train (4 stops) to get to Termini Station in city. |

We liked the staff, the room (pretty tiny but it had everything), very clean (the sheets changed in a couple of days and the towels every day) and a very great idea to provide a shuttle for the tourists. the early check (before 2pm)in is pretty expensive (18 euros). |

Apart from what it looks from outside when you first gaze at it, everything else is a quite pleasant surprise! The staff is very helpful in a very professional way It's outside looks and the signs regarding it's location |

Good value for money for a budget hotel. The quality for the price paid was acceptable. Friendly and helpful service staff who spoke very good english. Access to internet for free was great. It is a little far from the city centre (major attractions), requiring a metro and bus to get there, at least a one hour trip including wait times. |

Away from the city, had to change one bus and two subways to get downtown. A really bad location, directly on a busy comute highway,100m from a railway station - very noisy. 50m from the hotel there were prostitutes hitchhiking right next to our bus station. Has no restaurant open for lunch or dinner even though it is advertised. Worst hotel we have ever booked over internet. Don't book this hotel unless you have no other option. |

good position to find by car, good to stay for one night to see the city, bus stop to the centre is 3 minutes far from hotel. Not good for longer stay I think near the main highway, so like industry zone I would say; hotel room looked very old and was not much clean I have to say... You can hear everything from the hallway, so not much slept from 6 am when people are getting up and leaving. Staff could be nicer and more helpful, we had to ask about every detail and to get tickets for the bus took us 40minutes... |

The staff is very friendly, polite and speaks at good English. Devoted me some time for non-hotel related matters just to satisfy my curiosity about Italian life. Many thanks. The rooms are quite nice and tidy. Free parking (surveyed) is a bonus for sure. Good value for price. May be a good choice for travellers with car. The location is not convenient. Being a Moscovite I got used to long routes and when I say that the Hotel is far from the center I don't just say. I mean this. There is a free suttle bus in the morning but you need to book it in advance losing "flexibility" - the thing I don't like during vacation. The bus ride took us about 45 minutes in traffic jams to the nearest underground station. Which is not the central one as well. The area itself may be called industrial. No shops, restaurants etc. nearby. In fact, in the evening you are stuck to the hotel. For those who would like to see Rome (esp. in the early morning/late evening) and can afford it, would be better to book a hotel nearer to the city center even at higher price, in my opinion. |

our room was well-decorated, free internet the room of our friends has terrible wallpaper, which ruin all stile of the room.very noisy staff which moves the furniture early in the morning and bang doors.also we had some problm with hot water - need to wait some time. |

It was pretty okay. i have enjoyed being there. The food was good, the service was very good as well. The key to the fridge was broken, and we could not use the fridge. The air conditioner in the bathroom was broken as well and it did not work. |

Room was pretty clean,it was cheap and staff was helpful It is 10 miles from city center,hotel is too old,the building is old,room equipment is old,there was not hot water in bathroom,room is small,in the night in front of the hotel on the street there are prostitutes,you can not find any shop around the hotel,in the day neighborhood is boring in the night it is dangerous |

Always very helpful and courteous staff. Good transport in and out of city centre. Spacious with good parking. No kettle in room for tea! Breakfast expensive and a little further out of centre than would have liked to pop back to hotel mid day. |
