The outdoor pool
The breakfast - was not great - not much option and the food look like have been in for more than a day The toilet in 1 of the 3 room was not comfortable at all - it was in a corner and was difficult to be seated
Very bad breakfast.
One day the shuttle bus got broken. We had to take a taxi in order to catch beginning of sight-seeing. We requested a hotel stuff to refund taxi costs. They accepted and satisfied our request.
Way too far from everything!! You need to take bus/taxi to everything. Air conditioning wasn't working properly.
The staff provided an excellent customer service all the time. The breakfast was excellent all the time; included variety of juices, cappuccino, late, american coffee, pastries and more.
Breakfast was ok just location shame it wasn't a little closer to Rome
Location bit far from Rome and had to pay a extra 16 euros per nught for my youngest son plus check your change especially with the taxis
Hotel staffs were very helpful.
Hotel very old, very noisy due to trafic. Bathroom smell very badly. Hotel location is bad to get the Rome Center.
I want to mention that in a croissant during the beakfast I found a piece of metal. The room was almost clean but very small to accomodate 2 adults and 2 small kids.
rooms are very small and not equipped well. furniture is very old. restaurant was not working. location far from the city centre
Friendly staff. Free shuttle to rail station to connect with public transport.
Some members of staff in the poorly managed dining area were not particular professional in attending to client requirements. Overall decoration was in poor condition and rooms very poorly furnished. No complementary internet. Far too far outside of Rome. No restaurants close to the hotel or indeed social distractions, and only just off a motorway.
da je bila blizu avtobusna postaja
zajtrk, saj takšnih nismo vajeni
Helpful staff, clean and tidy room and close to transport. Pizzas available at reasonable cost.
Distance from Rome means you have to take a bus and a train. Their restaurant prices are high and no English television channel available.
no free wi-fi very expensive food bad breakfast
Clean, nice room, friendly and helpful personel.
Location - it's almost on city outskirts and especially in the morning you could spend long time in traffics to get to the city. There is only one bus by which you can get there.
Friendly staff, quite confortable room.
Bad location if you have to use the public bus, better if you have a car.
The staff was friendly.
A very bad hotel, too expensive the value for the money is zero. The location is just awful if you stay in this hotel don't even try to come back after dark with public transportation. The surroundings are not only dirty as it is dangerous. The room is old fashioned with no comfort, the hotel is old and ugly. The breakfast is poor. There is no wifi in the room, something that in a cheap hotel is for free! The hotel's restaurant has only pizza as meal.
Excellent friendly staff and amazing cleanliness in rooms!!!
It was a good value and the staff was really nice.
Air Conditioning didn't work. We left two days early. It wouldn't have been too bad if it wasn't so hot. The air conditioner couldn't keep up and we were miserable in the heat. If it was fall or winter, not a bad cheap place to stay.
