ホテルの設備、接客サービスについてはGOODです！

設備、接客サービスその他諸々ホテルに関してはとくに問題なしです。 ただ立地がローマ市内から結構、離れていて交通の便もあまり良くないので一人旅、カップルの旅行にはオスス- メしません。現地の人が言うにはシャトルバスがあるらしいのですが、よく分からなかったです。 ですがホテル前には駐車場もあり車がある方にはオススメします。

We have been staying at the Romulus Hotel for years, ever since we discovered it. It is not the most convenient to downtown, however it is quite easy to reach downtown Rome by car, bus or transit. We would not consider staying any place else. We go there twice a year, and although we usually book by Booking.com, on occasion we have had to change reservations, once we arrive in Italy, and the hotel staff have always accomodated us.

Lack of hotel internet facilities.

The personel was very helpfull and the bus to the City was right outside. A's was the taxi point. Very good experience!

Most arrogant staff, the swimming pool is a joke, the garden and play facitilit is not open. I had to cancel my booking and stay elsewehere after one night in this hotel.

Room was ok, Staff was ok in general - depending on the person, Transparency on the offer - we were aware of the services we will receive from the beggining.

Location next to highway and an airport so no real quiet time ever. The bridge that needs to be passed when returning to hotel is populated with prostitutes and smells horrible. There is no hotel doctor and no related facility. Breakfast - only with sweets; the cups used for serving are not so clean but they also have plastic cups.

staff is very bad!

Fantastic staff, smiling, courteous and helpful. Impeccable rooms, and great value. Did their utmost to alleviate commuting problems (see below)

Travel in to central Rome lengthy, mainly beyond their control, like huge traffic jams in the morning, due to roadworks. Shuttle bus only three times a day, booking necessary.

It's a very nice hotel , clear, with the friendly and helpful stuff , all receptionists speak English quite well. The rooms are decorated very stylish and elegant . They provide a very nice breakfast. There's a convenient and affordable transfer to Fumicino airport they do order. I must tell that behind the hotel Tevere river is running and I have found the fish splashing and fishers sitting on the shore. One only negative thing is the location .Only one city bus is connecting the metro and in the evening there are gypsy returning to their nestle one bus stop prior to the hotel. Return with the pack of aggressive and dangerous gypsy doesn't make feel save; there are no bus stops information, the driver doesn't call the stops , no voice record and no written info. So watch the restoran and hotel illuminated sign ahead on the left and ring the driver the stop request. The bus stops near the bridge over the highway , the stop is not lighted, the bridge is dirty and dark and you must climb over the bridge to the hotel with your luggage if you will see the hotel sign from the road and get off the bus. But the area near the hotel is nice and civilized. I believe that hotel was planned to be a motel and for travelers with the car it is a perfect place to stay. Anyhow, I want to say many thanks to the stuff.

Location. My advise for the hotel would be to have a shuttle to the nearest Fidene train station may be once per 30 min or even per 1 hour, but it will be save and reliable.

Very far from city center (about 8 km) and bad breakfast. Only cakes, no yogurt or anything else.

La colazione a buffet....buonissime le brioches fresche!

Sono stata delusa solo dal fatto che avevo chiesto due lettini con sponde per due bambini di 16 mesi ma quando sono arrivata ce n'era uno solo, e ho dovuto far dormire l'altro bambino in un lettino singolo, senza sponde, creando delle barricate, e trascorrendo la notte con l'ansia. Questa è stata l'unica inefficienza che ho riscontrato, per il resto mi sono trovata molto bene.
