the room was small but because of thet really cheap and very confortable. The wi-fi signal was excellent, and eventhiught it didn t have the breakfast included, they gave you free coffe and muffins :-)
The neightborhood was not so nice, but you could have dinner at very low costs
The young man on reception was very helpful and welcoming. The room is clean, the bathroom is modern, the bed is comfy.
a bit far from the center, you have to take the metro or train (which is by the way closer and cheaper). Not easy to find.
Location close to subway station. Free parking in the streets. Good price/quality for Rome. Balcony. 24 hour reception / kind staff. Some good restaurants nearby.
We arrived by car around 8 which is a busy time in Rome, after a 3 hour drive. It was terrible to find as there wasn't a clear sign from the outside of the building (it is a shared flat with other residents) only a nametag on the doorbell. The door was opened after ringing by the buzz, but once inside the building I had no idea where to go. So randomly walked up the stairs until I found an open door on the 5th floor or so. Besides this, it's perfect for a city trip to Rome.
staff friendly and english speaking wi fi connection good (which is difficult in italy) they give you a coffee and a small cake in the morning, it is a nice treat since it has no breakfast. Not far from metro
location far from the city center. You need to go by metro because buses are difficult to find and metro closes at 23h30 during the week. Room quite small It is a whole floor in a residential building, which can be a little confusing in the beginning
myself and my grandmother have just come back from a weeks stay in Rome we were originally booked into this hotel for a week but stayed one night!! I don't even know where to start. The location is terrible, it's like its in another city its that far away from any attractions. When we arrived the staff could speak english perfectly. We got to our room and it was so small that 1 of us had to sit on the bed while the other one walked. My grandmother is actually all bruised from trying to get around the room. One bed was a bed frame with cushions from a sofa bed thrown on them for us to sleep on. Our cupboards were all chained and bolted up. My grandmother asked for a cup of tea ans she was told no to go 2 bed she would get a cup of tea the next morning. When we told them the next day we were leaving for another hotel they demanded more money from us for the week for city tax we refused to give it and suddenly they could't speak any english!!! Avoid this hotel, if you can even call it that, at all costs!!
Location is good, warm beverages and cakes can be requested in the morning.
Upon arrival we asked where the private parking is located, the staff answered: 'you have to ask people around, good luck!'. According to hotel policies, towels are changed every 2 days, guaranteed. The truth is: the cleaning service forgot to clean our room and to change the towels until 3 days. We complained to the staff but the lady did not speak English. It's not about wrong words or grammatical mistakes, it's about not saying any word!!! She called her boss and talk to him/her longer than 10 minutes instead of looking for the new towels. WT??
very close to the train station that takes you to Rome City Center. Parking is available for a fee right across the street from the hotel.
Located near the Tuscolana train station, which is good for arrival from or to the airport. Clean and big bathroom.
Small bed and room. Breakfest is very poor
For quadruple rooms this is excellent.
No good breakfast.
There is a spectacular view to the opposite building with colourful Italian life ;) There was a very good connection to the airport Fiumicino by train from the train station nearby
Extremely small room with an uncomfortable bed. The room doesn't look very fresh. Bad sound isolation
Thin wall..... you can hear everthing really.
It was exactly as advertised. If your in Rome you should be gone from 0900 to 2100 and not hanging around the hotel. It is a hotel to sleep, have breakfast , and get out and see the fabulous city that is Rome
The running toilet could have been fixed before I checked in.
Close to underground and railway station. Quite good value for Money.
Tiny breakfast. Two hard beds in four bed room.
Even though the Hotel is not in the very center of the touristic places, its close to metro station. The staff was very warm and helpful. The breakfast was far better than the other places' croissant&caffe (this one has something salty fortunately. Thanks for that)
We stayed in a room for 6. but of course not all the beds are beds, some of them was portable, sofa-like beds which is ok for 1 or 2 nights but not more.
Good location, friendly staff. Warm breakfast brought to room
Wifi of low speed, the room was little odd with huge bedsteads and other pieces of furniture curiously arranged. It also has the keys to be left at the reception policy which would have been annoying if I had been staying more than one evening
People who had acces in our room checked our luggaages , some of our cosmetics were used and some of them "disappeared ". I reported this incident to the receptionist , asked to speak with a manager but nobody helped me , nobody did anything.I recomand u to be VERY VERY careful with youre things.Don't leave any valuable things in the room.U may not find them when u come back. Im happy we didnt leave any money in the room.
