Hotel Trattoria Pallotta offers its own restaurant and panoramic views of the historic center of town. Set in an ancient area of Assisi, it is a short walk from the Duomo cathedral.
Score from 222 reviews Wonderful
Only 100 yards from the famous Basilica of San Francesco, Hotel Sorella Luna offers a very convenient location in central Assisi. In a 15th-century stone building, it has free Wi-Fi and refined rooms....

B&B La Giostra di Foligno is located in Foligno town centre. It offers classic-style accommodation and an Italian sweet breakfast. Rooms at La Giostra di Foligno have a TV and tiled floors.

With Wi-Fi access, an on-site restaurant, and a central location, this 3-star hotel is set in a 16th-century building within walking distance to the main sites of Assisi.
Score from 112 reviews Very good
Very clean and modern. Room was spacious including the bathroom and shower. It was located in the middle of Assisi and was easy to get everywhere (asides from all the steep streets). Would highly recommend staying there (stay in contact with b&b, not just through booking.com)
On booking.com it states that check in is between 2-4 pm. We arrived in Assisi at 11:30 am and tried to go to the hotel to find the front entrance was under construction and no one was there. We went for lunch until 2 and tried again to check in, and still no one was there. At 2:45 a stranger helped us call Lorrenzo, and it turns out he doesn't speak much English (and us not much Italian). It took a other 10 min til he arrived and there were no apologies to make us wait... Possibly cause we were suppose to call when we wanted to check in? We have no idea. So if you stay here through booking.com, I highly recommend contacting the hotel yourself to set up a check in time or to call when you get there.
Extremely comfortable and stylish room. Rita and Roberto are fantastically professional and helpful hosts.
loved the new bathroom. very clean with great linens. Overall, just so nice! The breakfast was so nice. The owner came to make us our coffees/espressos. He was a gem. He even took our luggage to a hotel nearer the train station as our train reservations were late in the day - after checkout time. He was really sweet!!!
A little noisy. Because it is halfway up the long hill to St Clare's motorbikes (yes Italy has them everywhere) use low gears to get up the hill and that is a little noisy. I think if we had booked a room on the next floor it might have been quieter:)
Big and comfy room Nice view Great breakfast Great location Serviceminded staff
everything about this place was wonderful - down to the owners, the rooms, the location. I would absolutely highly recommend this place.
Great location and good breakfast, well appointed room and immaculately serviced. Lovely lady at breakfast.
Inevitably as we were in the town, services such as the bottle refuse collection were incredibly noisy early in the morning.
Right in the center of beautiful Assisi, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and meet us on the edge of the city and showed us the way and then parked our car for us. I saw others staying elsewhere struggling with finding there accommodation and was very grateful were we decided to stay. Breakfast was more then we needed and they also gave great advice on were to eat out. We loved Assisi and plan to return one day and certainly stay at Case Brizi again.
Th rey should stay in capital letters in their page that if you arrive after 5 pm , and they don't answer the phone liisted by the door; they will charge you any way. You depend on their honesty, and in my case it did not helped.
Beautiful, spacious and clean room, very nice and helpful staff, good location, coffee maker and air conditioning in the room
Upon arrival call to Madame Rita in order to get in!
The location and charm of the house.
That we stayed only one night.
nice location, easy walking to all main sites
no one was there to meet us at 2pm arrival;, no notes on doors or emails as to how to obtain keys; luckily my subsistence Italian enabled us to talk with an older gentleman who told us the owner was working at another hotel and where to find her. The almost hour wait for our rooms was an unexpected unpleasantness.
Beautifully restored apartment/building in the heart of Assisi. Everything within reach. Has a washer/dryer which is a bonus.
No English speaking channels on Sky/TV. There was no fridge or microwave in the kitchen. Breakfast was very limited. Would be nice to have fresh fruit salad or similar available.
We stayed at Case Brizi for two nights. It is perfectly situated in the middle of historic Assisi a short walk from all the sites on a charming, quite Medieval street. It has great views from the windows. The property has been carefully renovated in a charming old building with a lot if attention to detail. Roberto was friendly and helpful and managed to communicate with very little English and provided us with a written guide to Assisi in English. The continental breakfast was varied and plentiful.
We were surprised by the additional fee for our two children that had not been included by Booking.com
Loved Case Brizi. Location was great, centrally located between Santa Chiara & San Francisco. The room was lovely, had a comfortable bed, as well as a sofa and a modern TV. Wifi worked great. Modern bathroom. Staff who helps with luggage & breakfast aren't fluent in English, but readily work with you to be understood.
Everything awesome with Case Brizi. Make sure you understand where to connect with Rita to pick up your keys.
Ms Rita the owner and staff are very nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay, short walk to centre of Assisi. Good restaurant just next door.
beautiful place, very nice friendly staff.very clean and beautifully decorated breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices
we loved everything.
The staff at Case Brizi was WONDERFUL--- Rita, Roberto, and Lorenzo could not have been kinder or more accommodating! We feel as if we've made wonderful new friends in them! :) The rooms and apartments are classy, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, and, FINALLY, the breakfast that Rita prepares daily is exceptional! The best of the best local produce, breads, cheeses, nuts, yogurt--- EVERYTHING! We extended our stay there... TWICE! It felt like home away from home! :)
