Location, cleanliness, comfortable beds.
Nothing, everything was great!
Good service, nice people
Short walk to restaurants and Trevi fountain/Spanish steps Helpful staff and clean hotel
Very small bathroom in a Superior double room Wi-Fi on level 3 very very poor, ok on ground floor
Really good location. Staff provided great suggestions for good but convenient restaurants.
very nice room
Everything is perfect. Very nice hotel, great location . Breakfast was excellent. Free Wi-Fi. The room 403 as perfect the size the windows ,the bed was comfortable, beautiful and very clean . Will definately stay again on my next visit to Rome .
"-"There was nothing I didn't like. Just better hair dryer .
The decoration was great, location perfect...
the sauna wasn't working
This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We had a wonderful, clean room which faced the U.S. Embassy. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. My husband & I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne delivered to our room upon arrival. Should we visit Rome again this is the ONLY place we will stay!!! We would like to mention 2 outstanding employees, Natasha & Barbara they work the front desk and went above and beyond their job duties. Super friendly and totally at our disposal. Thank you ladies for making our stay an unforgettable experience!!
The male employees were rude....they need some classes in public relations. I called down for a bucket of ice on our last night there and was greeted on the phone by a "not so friendly voice" he agreed to bring the bucket of ice but needless to say we NEVER received it. Other than there rudeness our stay was great!
High level of service. Rooms and hotel very comfortable and relaxing. Very welcome. Spa / Gym truly exceptional. Calm. Taxi / Bus very close. Next to Villa Borghese.
Slightly further out than the other big hotels sector Veneto street but quieter.
Friendly staff Good location
No 24 hour room service Restaurant was ok, but could have been better Too much furniture for the size room Internet did not work well
The hotel is beautifully furnished and a delight to return to after a tiring day!
I found a few of the reception staff to be very rude.
The location of the hotel was in a perfect location, close to great restaurants and shopping. Directly across the street from the american embassy. Staff was was very friendly and helpful.
The beds were a little on the hard side.
Don't take 1st and 2nd rooms (101,102,201,202 etc) they are near loud internal air conditioning system.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is good. Not the best in Rome, but definitely worth eating once. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are fairly large for Europe. Location was close enough to the action that you could easily walk or bus to anywhere, but not so close that it was noisy.
Some of the consierges were not the most knowledgeable, but overall they were good and all definitely willing to help as best they could.
Best hotel room shower I have ever encountered; Well appointed rooms; Hotel is smaller and relatively more intimate vs. its peers;
Breakfast was explicitly not included for us - tacky given what we were paying for the room; Location - nice neighborhood ("Upper East Side" of Rome), but not centrally located
The staff was very professional. We asked for an extra bed in the room and it was arranged. They were also able to give us connecting rooms, so we were together.
The location was a little far from the city centre.
