Great staff, decent breakfast. Location was perfect to wander around Imperia's Olive Oil Festival the end of November. The only drawback was a lady (?) in the room above us wearing high heels. She must have walked 3 miles between 6 and 7 AM. |

Interesting design aspects, friendly staff, great breakfast. Would have liked more comprehensive information about places of interest to tourists in the locality and someone who might inform guests about hotel facilities and services. Information folder very scant. |

A very good, medium to small size city-centre hotel, very clean and modern, what you would expect from a 4-star hotel of this kind. If visiting the Riviera or the Cote d' azur and you want to avoid the beach crowds and the unreasonable accommodation prices of many places in the area, this is a very good alternative - but Imperia is not really a holiday resort, it is just a harbour town very close to very beautifil places. I think they advertised free wireless internet access (I am not sure though). The weifi worked perfectly, but it was not free. |

It was an excellent stay. Modern rooms andvery clean. There was always someone at reception that spoke a bit of english, so my few words Italian were not necessary. They were very helpful with printing the train times for us. The breakfast was really nice and well balanced. I would go here again! There is a roof terrace to enjoy the late night sun and it's very close to the harbour. |

Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage. Tiefgarage. Angenehme, moderne Architektur. Frühstücksbuffet nur bis ca. 08:00 Uhr mit angemessenem Angebot, sonst aber recht gut für italieniesches Hotel. |

Non posso dire nulla di negativo, anzi! Sono stato accolto benissimo e tutto il breve soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Stanza moderna, con tutti i confort che mi aspettavo, tranquilla e hotel in pieno centro. Insomma, tutto bene! lo consiglio +++ +++ +++ A voler proprio trovare un difetto: Potrebbe leggermente migliorare il buffet della prima colazione, ma ciò farebbe superare l'eccellenza a questo gradevole hotel... |

Die Rezeptionscrew gab professionell in Englisch Auskünfte über Restaurants, Spezialgeschäfte etc. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit all den nötigen Utensilien ausgerüstet und entspricht damit meinen Vorstellungen eines aktuellen 4* Hotels (kein Teppich, Safe, Hausschuhe etc.) Die Eingangstüre des Zimmers musste heftig zu gezogen werden um die Türe richtig zu schliessen, was zu heftigem Lärm in der Nacht führt und bei Pech zu einer unverschlossenen Türe. Die Beanstandung wurde gemeldet. |

In der Nähe des Hafens/Altstadt gelegen. Liegt zur Zeit zwischen Baustellen.Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist nich ok. Der Kleiderschrank war voller Sand, wurde aber am 2. Tag entfernt. |
