El Rosso23 és un hotel modern situat al cor de Florència, amb vista sobre la basílica de Santa Maria Novella. Ofereix un gran servei, un bufet d'esmorzar variat i habitacions modernes amb aire condicionat. L'Hotel Rosso23 presenta uns interiors amb una combinació de colors única, amb tons vermell i gris. L'edifici en si és històric i elegant, amb grans escales, terres de parquet i parets decoratives. Les habitacions són còmodes i estan ben equipades, amb minibar, caixa forta i televisió amb canals per satèl·lit i de pagament. Els banys privats disposen d'assecador. Algunes habitacions ofereixen una vista sobre la plaça. L'Hotel Rosso23 es troba a 5 minuts a peu tant de la catedral de Florència com de l'estació de tren de Santa Maria Novella. Situació dins la ciutat i respecte a l'arribada de l'aeroport. Falta de llum a la habitació, sobretot a la zona de l'armari de la roba. La situació de la caixa forta i el seu funcionament.

The room was so well located, close to the train station and the main central area of Florence, you could walk to everywhere within a few minutes. The reception staff where very friendly and could speak some English. There was also a lift which after our time in Europe we have found many places lacked, and with large suitcases its so lovely to have this luxury!

1. Location: location of the hotel is perfect in the sense that its easy to access to the city center & 5 mins away from the smn station 2. CONCEPT: like the color of red, the quality for its price.. the rooms are quiet and clean 3. SERVICE: friendly staff, they were all nice spoke good english, recommended nice restaurant for dinner We booked a superior double room... It was bit small.. As there were no other rooms available.. But other than that thought it was perfect!

Location was good, and room was very clean. We got a room upgrade so had a view of the church in the square. Breakfast is included but is quite basic, it would have been nice to have toast or the option of a cooked breakfast. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly, reception staff were helpful and gave us a great dinner reccomendation to a nearby restaurant which was great! The hotel is a short walk from the station and about ten mins walk max from the river so a great location for exploring on a short break. The room was quite noisy but I think u get that anywhere in a city location.

The design, the comfort, the friendliness of the staff. No noise. Thoughtful details. Different towels depending on your need: hands, body... Good breakfast buffet. A few drawers in the room could have been handy....

Great location. Just leave your car keys and your car will be parked in a safe garage. B'fast is fine. Great view of the Duomo from our room. Must be lovely in summer on the balcony.

One of the closest from Firenze smn station. It is cheap, but clean. They provide free breakfast and hold baggage for free. The room is the smallest of all hotels I've visited during my trip to Italy.

As the name suggests, it's red - loved the decor! Very nice piazza where it's located, entrance to the hotel is grand, and staircase very pretty/ Also very close to the main train station. Breakfast is good too (except the coffee). The room could've been a bit bigger, but not too bad! Coffee needs to be better, dunno how they made it taste so bad.

The hotel had nice exteriors (classic, cute and fit to the church square) and interiors (modern and nice taste). Wonderful location of being so close to the train station and the bus terminal to the airport (1 or 2 minutes) and walking distance to all the major tourist/shopping/gourmet destinations. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room. Vending machine offers water bottles / coke at eur0.70. Air- conditioner can be adjusted in your room. My room was single, so was not the largest and maybe a little dark with a small window. But given the location and the overall quality of the hotel, this was well offset.

The hotel is quite stylish and breakfast was ok. Location was excellent, very pleasant view when getting out of the hotel. The staff also gave good recommendation on restaurant, although in quite a rude manner. The room was quite dim, only too lamps which is not enough to luminate the room. One ridiculous thing about the room was that the floor is not balanced!! it was somewhat titled to one side and make me felt dizzy everytime I get off the bed. It also make me slightly suspect if that is any structural issue of this building (I know may be I thought too much)

Great location very close to train station. A bit hard to find initially as no outside signs just the number 23. Room was spacious and well equipped with every thing. Very tastefully decorated and quite pleasant. Good value for money and breakfast was basic buffet but nice too. No views from the windows and the shower was really small a large person would definitely have issues.

The location was fantastic and an abundance of shops, restaurants and pubs were on our doorstop. Our room on our first night was really really tiny with small double bed. Be careful what room you book because standard room is as small as my box room. Other rooms are huge.

the breakfast is excellent. rooms are clean. i love parquet floors much better than carpets so overall in line with our expectations. if you like space, go reserve a bigger room, because they advertise what they sell, so no deception there. excellent staff, so helpful. seriously nothing, this is florence :) if you hate small space, stairs (these guys have elevators by the way) don't go to florence in the first place :) excellent value for money, excellent location

The hotel is well located in a beautiful square, in front of a beautiful church, close to all main attractions in the city. The rooms are very nice and the hotel design is of very good taste. Breakfast is excellent. A really good choice and the price is very competitive. The only problem is the difficulty to park if you are by car. There are "garages" not very far away but costly and the hotel doesn't have any agreement - they ask you 30€ in a nearby garage but that is expensive. There are cheaper ones a bit further away.
