Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου.Μπροστά σε μία πανέμορφη πλατεία, και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, με τα υπέροχα μαγαζιά. Το δωμάτιο που ήταν το 315 ένα μεγάλο δωμάτιο,μεγάλο μπάνιο, και με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση. Δεν ξέρω εάν και τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια ήταν εξίσου ωραία ?.

Ήταν όλα τόσο περιποιημένα ,που δεν έχω να προσθέσω κάτι.

The receptionist (night shift) was very welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance yet the hotel was in a relatively calm neighborhood. The room was clean and tidy. Given the price we paid, I would say the hotel offered very good value for money.

We booked a room w/ a french bed. The room was very very small (relative to other hotels we stayed in Italy) and we could hardly move even without laying out our lugguage.

The hotel location is very good. Even if the room was very small, but the furniture is modern and new, the bathroom is clean and comfortable. It was nice to stay.

Excellent location minute from train st. no problem getting a good nights sleep after sight seeing all day .no sound of traffic.maybe a bit more variety at breakfeast ,same food every morning.overall excellent ,will recommend to my friends

Jsst finding the hotel initally, a sign outside would help as businesses and homes have two different numbering systems in Florence...better still would be a description of the location from the church on the main square.

I appreciated the great location and view from my bedroom window of the Duomo, the great sound system, the chic design and friendly staff. One of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed in worthy of 5 stars.

A restaurant would be a bonus.

The location of the hotel was perfect as was the view from our room.

The hotel is beautiful.

The shower was cold and outside our window was a lot of animal excrement.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the train station . Walking distance to Ponte Vechio, Ufizzi, Duomo, etc. Great value for the money you spend.

I wish there was a sign outside of it identifying the building. But, since it's a historical building , I guess it can not have a sign.

We liked the location on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella, close to major attractions (Uffizi, Duomo, etc) and high end shopping. We also liked the friendly staff and the very nice room (clean, attracteively decorated, comfortable bed) and a good breakfast.

The view from the room was not attractive: we were at the back of the hotel which offered quiet comfort as a compensation

We loved this hotel. It is set on a pretty open Florantine square of Santa Maria Novella only 5 min walk by the underpass from the train and bus stations and 5 min the other way to the Duomo, 10 min walk to the Accademia and Uffizi. Modern, beautifully decorated, great breakfast, helpful staff, comfy beds, A1 cleanliness. We will be back

We had two rooms, one at the back and one at the front. The view over the square is great, you can people watch from you window, just know that it is noisy in the square at night until about 11pm. Fine in the early hours and the am. The room at the back had no view but was completely quiet so think about your preferences when booking.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!
