The room was so well located, close to the train station and the main central area of Florence, you could walk to everywhere within a few minutes. The reception staff where very friendly and could speak some English. There was also a lift which after our time in Europe we have found many places lacked, and with large suitcases its so lovely to have this luxury!

Spacious room in a great location

The design, the comfort, the friendliness of the staff. No noise. Thoughtful details. Different towels depending on your need: hands, body... Good breakfast buffet.

A few drawers in the room could have been handy....

Very convenient and easily accessible especially when it is very close to Firenze smn Station. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs that definitely made my stay a great experience.

The hotel had nice exteriors (classic, cute and fit to the church square) and interiors (modern and nice taste). Wonderful location of being so close to the train station and the bus terminal to the airport (1 or 2 minutes) and walking distance to all the major tourist/shopping/gourmet destinations. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room. Vending machine offers water bottles / coke at eur0.70. Air- conditioner can be adjusted in your room.

My room was single, so was not the largest and maybe a little dark with a small window. But given the location and the overall quality of the hotel, this was well offset.

Great location very close to train station. A bit hard to find initially as no outside signs just the number 23. Room was spacious and well equipped with every thing. Very tastefully decorated and quite pleasant. Good value for money and breakfast was basic buffet but nice too.

No views from the windows and the shower was really small a large person would definitely have issues.

the breakfast is excellent. rooms are clean. i love parquet floors much better than carpets so overall in line with our expectations. if you like space, go reserve a bigger room, because they advertise what they sell, so no deception there. excellent staff, so helpful.

seriously nothing, this is florence :) if you hate small space, stairs (these guys have elevators by the way) don't go to florence in the first place :) excellent value for money, excellent location

Room was very small

The hotel is well located in a beautiful square, in front of a beautiful church, close to all main attractions in the city. The rooms are very nice and the hotel design is of very good taste. Breakfast is excellent. A really good choice and the price is very competitive.

The only problem is the difficulty to park if you are by car. There are "garages" not very far away but costly and the hotel doesn't have any agreement - they ask you 30€ in a nearby garage but that is expensive. There are cheaper ones a bit further away.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
