赤を基調としたおしゃれなホテルです。 とても綺麗なので女性一人でも安心です。 大きな看板が出ていないので、見つけ辛いかと思います。。

3つ星ホテルでは珍しく、荷物をベルボーイが運んでくれました。

予約した部屋よりも３０ユーロ安い部屋があるから見て決めて良いと言われ、有難く見せてもらったが、日当た- りも悪く、かなり狭い部屋だったので、本来予約した部屋を見せてもらったら、日当たりは良いが、スーツケー- スを広げるスペースもないくらいの更に狭い部屋だったので、安い方の部屋にしたのだが床が傾いている部屋だ- った。フロントスタッフは、身なりは良いが軽い感じ。トラットリアの予約を頼む時もこちらの顔（目）も見ず- 、こちらの要望も聞かず、淡々と予約を入れ、別のスタッフに場所の説明をさせるという３つ星ホテルでは珍し- いタイプのスタッフもいた。朝食のサラダの野菜の品質が良くない。ロケーションの良さでここにしたのだが、- スーツケースを持って歩く石畳の道は、結構大変であった。

何時もながら部屋が清潔に整えられていた。

サンタリアノヴェッラ駅から至近。スーツケースを転がしながらの移動も苦痛でなかった。ドォウモやウッフィ- ツィ美術館などの観光スポットにも歩いてまわれ、とても便利。

シャワールームが狭い。

1. Location: location of the hotel is perfect in the sense that its easy to access to the city center & 5 mins away from the smn station 2. CONCEPT: like the color of red, the quality for its price.. the rooms are quiet and clean 3. SERVICE: friendly staff, they were all nice spoke good english, recommended nice restaurant for dinner

We booked a superior double room... It was bit small.. As there were no other rooms available.. But other than that thought it was perfect!

Location was good, and room was very clean. We got a room upgrade so had a view of the church in the square. Breakfast is included but is quite basic, it would have been nice to have toast or the option of a cooked breakfast. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly, reception staff were helpful and gave us a great dinner reccomendation to a nearby restaurant which was great! The hotel is a short walk from the station and about ten mins walk max from the river so a great location for exploring on a short break.

The room was quite noisy but I think u get that anywhere in a city location.

Great location. Just leave your car keys and your car will be parked in a safe garage. B'fast is fine. Great view of the Duomo from our room. Must be lovely in summer on the balcony.

One of the closest from Firenze smn station. It is cheap, but clean. They provide free breakfast and hold baggage for free.

The room is the smallest of all hotels I've visited during my trip to Italy.

As the name suggests, it's red - loved the decor! Very nice piazza where it's located, entrance to the hotel is grand, and staircase very pretty/ Also very close to the main train station. Breakfast is good too (except the coffee).

The room could've been a bit bigger, but not too bad! Coffee needs to be better, dunno how they made it taste so bad.

The hotel is quite stylish and breakfast was ok. Location was excellent, very pleasant view when getting out of the hotel. The staff also gave good recommendation on restaurant, although in quite a rude manner.

The room was quite dim, only too lamps which is not enough to luminate the room. One ridiculous thing about the room was that the floor is not balanced!! it was somewhat titled to one side and make me felt dizzy everytime I get off the bed. It also make me slightly suspect if that is any structural issue of this building (I know may be I thought too much)

The location was fantastic and an abundance of shops, restaurants and pubs were on our doorstop.

Our room on our first night was really really tiny with small double bed. Be careful what room you book because standard room is as small as my box room. Other rooms are huge.
