Отличное месторасположение, очень красивый уютный отель, доброжелательный персонал, вполне приличный завтрак. Но не советую жить в номерах, выходящих окнами на площадь - переодически там проносятся с диким воем машины скорой. И советую распечатать картинку фасада отеля - вывески действительно нет. |

близко к ж.д. станции, приветливый персонал, огромны номер с балконом завтрак скудный, нет вывески, что усложняет возможность его найти |

Превосходное обслуживание, убирали номер и меняли полотенца каждый день. Доброжелательный персонал, отвечал на все наши вопросы (как добраться/проехать/где находится). Сам номер очень уютный и комфортный, всё очень стильно. Завтраки всегда свежие и хороший ассортимент. Остались исключительно приятные воспоминания. |

Удобное расположение, недалеко от вокзала и прямо на площади Санта Мария Новелла. Неплохой завтрак Нет большой вывески на фасаде, пришлось обойти всю площадь, прежде чем нашли вход в отель.Окна во внутренний двор - только источник света, но не видов и впечатлений. Френч-бэд, номер (дабл) с которой мы забронировали по незнанию, очень маленькая для двоих взрослых. Поменять номер даже с доплатой у нас не вышло, поэтому пробыли в отеле всего один день. |

The receptionist (night shift) was very welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance yet the hotel was in a relatively calm neighborhood. The room was clean and tidy. Given the price we paid, I would say the hotel offered very good value for money. We booked a room w/ a french bed. The room was very very small (relative to other hotels we stayed in Italy) and we could hardly move even without laying out our lugguage. |

The hotel had a modern feel to it. Very clean design. The hotel room and the bathroom was very spacious. Very clean facility. There was a lot to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The front desk was very helpful with making recommendations. No iron, no safe |

The hotel location is very good. Even if the room was very small, but the furniture is modern and new, the bathroom is clean and comfortable. It was nice to stay. |

Situated in a centre of a city and clean. Staff seems to me well motivated and rady to help. Room was extremely small. There is no plate with hotel name at the front of the building !? |

Excellent location minute from train st. no problem getting a good nights sleep after sight seeing all day .no sound of traffic.maybe a bit more variety at breakfeast ,same food every morning.overall excellent ,will recommend to my friends |

Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh food. Location was great, right in front of the Santa Maria Novella. Price was relatively cheap considering the location and the facilities. The lift was small and took forever to arrive, we end up using the stairs to access our room on the 2nd floor (2 flight of stairs). The room's aircondition was not activated, and we had to open the window to let the cold air into the room or otherwise suffer a stuffy bedroom. Most importantly, we indicated we were honeymooners visiting Florence for the first time and requested for a room with a good view, but we ended up with one facing the roofs of the other nearby houses. |

great location, pleasant staff and facilitated a late departure. Jsst finding the hotel initally, a sign outside would help as businesses and homes have two different numbering systems in Florence...better still would be a description of the location from the church on the main square. |

I appreciated the great location and view from my bedroom window of the Duomo, the great sound system, the chic design and friendly staff. One of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed in worthy of 5 stars. A restaurant would be a bonus. |

Conveniently located, a stroll from the rail station, and excellent for walking to the shops and all the major tourist sites. All staff spoke good English. An old building converted into a modern, quirky, clean hotel. A good value three star hotel. |

Great location, just 5 minutes from the train station . Walking distance to Ponte Vechio, Ufizzi, Duomo, etc. Great value for the money you spend. I wish there was a sign outside of it identifying the building. But, since it's a historical building , I guess it can not have a sign. |

We liked the location on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella, close to major attractions (Uffizi, Duomo, etc) and high end shopping. We also liked the friendly staff and the very nice room (clean, attracteively decorated, comfortable bed) and a good breakfast. The view from the room was not attractive: we were at the back of the hotel which offered quiet comfort as a compensation |
