exactly as it says on the tin! wonderful in every aspect. kids playground nearby. use of hotel pool (although 6 euros each was a surprise). everything you need in the apartment. towels included. quiet. everything nearby. the receptionist was the best ever. the half time room clean was not very thorough. |

The appartment was very spacious and comfortable and well maintained. the female receptionist was extremely pleasant he vmen much more businesslike. We would have appreciated a hospitality pack with basics such as coffee, milk, salt, pepper, oil and some bread. We had travelled all day and then had to go out and hunt a supermarket!! |

Locations is good and an easy walk to all you need. The rooms facing the road/front (1-11) do get alot of road noise, especially all the scooters in Sorrento. We initially had room 2 but all the scooter noise kept us awake so we asked to move to another room. We got room 13 which was very quiet. Beds are firm but ok. Apartment is spacious and comfortable for an extended stay. We drove so car parking was essential, the entrance is a tight fit for anything above a small car. Best Gelati in Sorrento from Bougainvillea on main strip (Corso Italia16). |

Loved the staff, great location, not too far from the city centre, a nice easy stroll into town. Excellent amenities. I wish they had a pool, having Grand Riviera as an option for pool access is a great plus. |

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well laid out. Staff are efficient, friendly and courteous. We would like to stay there again. No swimming pool a disadvantage. |

The room was modern and clean. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was so nice for my family. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. Great location for walking into town and the marina It would been nice to have a sea view. Some rooms offer the view. |

They were extreemly clean and the staff were lovely. We have a baby so it was important that we had access to a kitchen and bath. The hotel was very baby friendly. The hotel was fantastic, however given the time of year, we did feel that we did pay a lot for it (£121/night). I would strongly recommend that you do not visit Sorrento in the cooler months. The atmosphere and scenery are completely different. |

Très belle chambre, bien située, il était très agréable de pouvoir se faire à manger, belles prestations Au mois de mars il n' y a personne dans l' hotel, aucun personnel pendant les 5 jours à part 15 min le jour de l' arrivée et du départ pour régler. C' est dommage . |
