Locates at the country side of the Rome and very difficult to find it. The room is not clean, even saw bloodstain on the coverlet. Many mosquito even stay at the 8th floor. All the service in the hotel you have to pay if you want to use and is very expensive. E.G. Internet is 9 euro per hour. Have to pay to use the swimming pool. The bus shuttle to the metro station is 3 euro. City tax is per person per night ( not as described in booking.com as per night).

The hotel is good if you are traveling by car as there is parking and isn't so far away from the centre. Also near the hotel there're 2 really nice local restaurants. If you're not having car the hotel offer a shuttle bus for 3 euros. The room wasn't very clean, there were spider nets and we had a moulded shower curtain which wasn't a very nice experience. This should be 2 star hotel and not 4. They had only a nice refurbished reception which is giving you a misleading impression that the hotel will be ok.

Clean, all necessary facilities and helpful staff. The hotel restaurant is geared only to serving buffets and for breakfast this is adequate and useful. It is not recomended for a good evening meal as the service is poor and slow, the menu limited and not cooked well.

Hotel is far, far, far, far, far away from the city center (downtown). You need to walk 10mins, get a bus, than get a metro(subway) to Roma Termine, 15km or 10 miles from Rome. Staff is not friendly, as most of people from Rome. This hotel is a mess. Room wasnt clean, had someone else's hair in bed and bath, and also the shower was broken. I spoke with the staff and told me that I didnt know how to use it. So I asked them to show me how to use, and they said it was really broken. So after all, they called a guy to fix. There is no breakfast included. Internet access costs 17 Euros per day. I was suposed to be there for 4 days, but I changed to Sacacusa Hotel, in front of Roma Termine, almost same price and had breakfast and no need to sped 1 hour to get to downtown. One of worst places I ever been.

Quitness, almost no noise during the night. Clean air, it is located on a hilltop. Breakfast is Ok for 6 euro's, considering the price of cold drinks in Rome (4 to euro',s). Although we did get most of the time water and softdrink from small supermarkts. San benedetto ice thea tasts great. Airco does work. Shuttle bus from the hotel to centre (near Termini). Otherwise 15 minute walk to the metro. There were no chairs on the balcony, so not possible to sit outside of the room.Although it was very hot in Rome the week we stayed. Only a contactplug for loading camera batteries and mobile phones in the bathroom and two not easily reachable behind the cupboard ot the tv. Used for tv and small refrigerator. When you're have a room for four, with more than one mobile and number of batteries to reload + netbook, it is poor. Swimming pool is extra 3 euros.

the location of the hotel atop a hill from where one can get a decent view. this was one of the worst hotels that I have stayedin. Poor service, rude staff, dirty poorly maintained rooms..it was a big dissapointment. The Ac did not work, the sink got blocked, the carpet was so dirty that the our socks got dirty when we just walked with our socks for 5 mins. need i say more. the hotel does not even deserve 3 stars, let alone 4!

The location and distance to Rom downtown with hotel buss as well as public transportation. Good breakfast. The first hotel that I have been to in which one can not ask to put the extra charges on the room bill. The staff at the breakfast room do not accept payments through credit cards, they do not accept to put the charge on the room bill, and even if you want to pay in cash they do not have any change to give back to the hotel guessts. Even hotels in Afghanistan, Kenya, and Peru accept to put the charge on the room. The Wi-Fi expences are too high 10€/h. In the Rom city the cost is 1.5€/h at InternetCafes. The hotel provides internet through their TV-system for 5€/day,but it is far too slow and basically not functioning. Access to Wi-Fi is too expensive while

big parking, cheap and tasty cappuccino Very expensive wifi. I can't say i don't like it, but if you travel without car, it's not the good place to stay (5-6 km to the nearest metro station)

Some of the staff were unhelpful and not knowledgeable about the city for tourists. The bathroom window was broken and would not open and the rouladens that led to pation of our hotel was broken also and would not open. Our room was kept in darkness, aside from the room lights, and we got to no fresh air until we actually went outside of the hotel. The hotel overall was also expensive for all we experienced.

The rooms were very clean and normal for a hotel Down the road there was a very lovely and cheap authentic family run italian pizza restaurant The location is extremely far from the centre of Rome. The Shuttle bus costs 3 Euros per person round trip every day and runs infrequently wifi and television is avaialble but costs money to use every day The Staff were extremely rude when we enquired about certain things with rooms There is an additional city tax per person per night at the end of the visit Pool costs money to use

We liked the price, also the guys on reception were lovely and very helpful, the room was big, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The breakfast on offer was the best out of three of the hotels we stayed at in Italy. We loved that the hotel offered a coach service into the city centre for a very small and reasonable charge. The coach driver was very lovely and helpful. We felt very welcome in the hotel and safe. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to pay to use the pool which wasn't actually in the grounds of the hotel, but next door. This isn't specified in the hotel description.

Not a 4 star Hotel!!!!! Far from the city center if you're on public transport with a treacherous hilly walk. The a/c did not work and the "garage blinds" for the patio did not work on our first day so we we're baked. Had to had the patio doors open so air could come in.
