The hotel was very clean, with very comfort rooms with a reasonable size The breakfast was very bad relative to a 4 stars hotel, the bus from the metro station to the hotel does not come often |

Hotel staff was very helpful the location was very poor. It was a long strenuous walk to and from the hotel to any public transportation. Walking through a run down part of town made me very nervous. The beds were very hard and made it difficult to sleep at night. |

Big, clean, confortable room. Friendly stuff. Clean bathroom. Really nice. Although I don't think the hotel should be rated more that 3* The hotel looked old on the outside. Even if I tought that I will eat anything and I wouldn't have problem, the breakfast was really poor. The connection with the city center was not so bad, but the 211 bus is uncertain. It was 9.30PM and we have waited over 25 minutes at the Pietranala. |

Shuttle to Rome Center City. Food in restaurant was good. My friends who stayed 6 days earlier were given free shuttle service and a 20% food discount. We booked the hotel based on their recommendation, but did not recieve the same benefits. |

Good sized, air conditioned rooms, pleasant staff. Nice large swimming pool (charged extra) Located in a remote, poor area on the outskirts of Rome. No where to walk in the evening if you wanted to stroll. |

The only thing we liked was our hotel room. it was clean and comfortablet where the hotel is situated the entrance to hotel was steep. no facilities for using an iron or hair appliance. Restaurant cutlery, plates and crockery not very clean. lip marks on several glasses. food stains on plates and cutlery. continental breakfast poor in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in. Table and chairs not adequately cleaned. Human hair, crumbs and food stains left |

Shuttle bus service, great pizzeria near by. Our quad room was just a double room with an extra bed and a sofa. Pool was not clean and required bathing cap. |

Air conditioning in rooms was great. It was very hot while we were in Rome and it was nice to come back and cool off. Bar service (drinks and snacks) was totally unacceptable. Venue is frequented by tour groups and can be noisy. Accommodation does not appear to be located in a very appealing suburb of Rome. |

Friendly staff and future potential for hotel Power went down a couple of nights but the back up was good. Breakfast was limited but from past experience and speaking to other i feel that this is a regular occurace in Italy. |

Almost everything. The location was unbelievably bad - an extremely inconvient outlying district of Rome with almost ghetto-like surroundings. The staff was adequate, at best. The food was typical tour bus hotel food. The rooms were clean and neat and had air-conditioning (A plus in a Roman summer). I live in Europe, so I wasn't expecting an American hotel. But for 4-stars, I was expecting more. |

Nice decor for the lobby The nice decor was only for the lobby of the hotel. Room was a disappointment in comparison to the lobby. Location not easy to find. |

The bus in and out of the city. Bar area and reception very cold and bare. The unhelpful staff. The lack of service. The broken glass in bedroom balcony door. Shortage of food at breakfast. Charging two different rates for exactly same room. |

The swimming pool was closed and this information was not mentioned in the web site. Neither there was the information that one has to pay the shutle from the hotel to the city center. Worse, there is no shutle from the hotel to the airport. Finally, the breakfast room, situated in the basement, is rather uncomfortable. The bed shits were never changed. The hotel per se is a very weak 4 stars. |
