Score from 470 reviews Good
Was horrible in everyway possible!
Clean sheets, good staff
The location and poor breakfast
The hotel is close to the Metro for visits to the monuments and the Vatican and easy walking distance. Adequate for a one or two night stop over. Free parking off road good. Pleasant area of Rome. We were on the eight floor and could see the Vatican Basilica! Good selection for breakfast. Swimming pool a bonus!
The hotel looks in parts a bit tired. Shower door broken and replaced with a tatty shower curtain.
is not really 4 stars
Definitely this is no 4 stars hotel... There is no Wi-fi... Always when you tried to connect was "with the maximal users logged-in"... The localization is terrible and the service with the shuttle for the Metro Station is also terrible.
Air conditioning sucked. GPS couldn't find it. Had to pay for pool, which was closed at odd times. Wifi didn't work most of the time.
building is in poor state
transport was so so difficult. You have to pay for swimming pool ? Is it a 4 star hotel? You could not connect to internet in evening, so many users and you need user loging every 3 hours. we were in metro station 2km far from hotel and couldnt find a taxi or bus and we called hotel to send us a taxi and they did not do it. we had to wait 30 min for the next bus. Shuttle bus is free how ever it is not going every hour. from 9:30 am till 5 p, you should find your way to go to that metro station The room were not so clean as a 4 star hotel and we changed one time the room because the roof was leaking Breakfast also was not like a 4 star hotel breakfast. I am frequent traveler and this hotel can rate 2,5 star and the price is expensive for what they offer
Staff member Niño was rude unhelpful & obnoxious. School children were running up & down the corridors & shouting to each other's rooms past midnight. The wifi only works in the reception. Moved rooms due to the noise & the fuse box was dangerous so had to move again.
Internet is big problem, you have to change password every 5 hours and very often you can't log in because there is a maximum of guests that can be logged in at the same time
nice view, big balcony, free bus to metro but you can wait 30 mins for seat, breakfast over italian average
wifi was accessible almost only at ground floor and with 5h codes, difficult to reach by car, far from metro, poor air condition
WiFi and Swimming Pool
Everything else! Filthy toilet, uncomfortable bed, meals (no warm food), and many more!
Friendly staff, clean rooms and foyer, breakfast included, option for dinner and bar at the hotel, swimming pool was great for the hot days, shuttle bus to the nearest Metro station (Pietralata), free wifi (but slow)
The hotel is a little out of the way, with not tabacchi's close by from which to purchase bus tickets. The shuttle bus only runs at certain times of the day so not always available and too small for the amount of guests regularly using it. Swimming pool is not free.
Disorganized shuttle service to metro.
The restaraunt. Getting to the hotel wasn't straight forward
Included Breakfast Private bathrooms Balcony Free bus to metro station but not very frequent. Air conditioning
Bugs in my bed!!!!! Limescale on shower head Wifi is not constant, you have to get a password from reception every 5 hours. Fridge in both of a rooms was warm
The hotel is far from the city center. When we get to rome people don't even know where the hotel is.Had to take 2transports (metro and bus, and walk 5minutes) to get there. The place seemed to be not friendly, weird people where at the bus.. The internet connection was cut at midnight. And the drink machie was broken and didn't have my money back. Finally hoping to use the swiming pool i discovered we had to pay!
Wifi only lasts for 5 (patchy) hours then cuts out and you need another voucher from the front desk. The shower head sprayed everywhere and kept sloping down. Elevators seemed dodgy. Dinner options suck, €13pp for room temp basic pasta and a roast meat (not sure if beef, pork or lamb) and some meant to be hot but again room temp side dishes. Shuttle to metro station only has 8 seats and runs hourly, we used it once and there was people left behind. Have to pay €3 pp for use of the pool. Definitely not 4 stars! Never staying here again.
They are cheating to people The photo on page is not true and they are not hospitable
very far from metro stop and the shuttle is not very frequent. Bus from closest bus stop is not very regular and does not stick to schedule.
The facilities were good
There were mosquitoes in room. Also, as with other hotels someone shows you the room that you have booked. But it never happened here.
The only thing that was good - houskeepers did their job.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. If you can avoid this hotel, do not stay here. Personal was not polite. There was a need to ask for Internet every 3 hours, as they print tickets for that and you cannot get them in front. Room was stinky, air-conditioning not working, furniture was dirty, molds were in the bathroom, shower hose was leaking(spraying water around). Room was not prepared for living at all. Shuttle (that drives you only 2 km!) is worth nothing as you still need to take metro to city. The last shuttle in the morning is 9:30 (breakfast finishes at 10:00). For breakfast you may expect no place to sit and nothing to eat (just coffee from machine, old bread, yogurt, careal, french croissants)
nice personal on check-in desk(reception), great breakfast, nice view
metrostation wasn´t by walk from the hotel, you have to take bus
Price offer was good. free maps of the city available for Rome.
It is a little bit out of date. From 9 in the morning next to our room room service made a lot of nose. Morning power nap was not available.
