- Delicious breakfast - Great view from balcony at the Apennines - Nice area of Rome (exactly one store with two guys selling tasty fruits :) - Shuttle from metro station Pietralata to the hotel and back
- A bit completed way to get wifi - only for 5 hours (take your password at the reception) - Use 211 bus to get in there from Pietralata, couse shuttle goes 1 time in an hour
The breakfast was averige but fine Some of the staff helpful Downstairs nice
Bugs in the bed! Very dated decor. Too far for he Wifi Faraway from the center
The hotel facilities.
The shuttle driver. He was so impolite.
The distance from town was too far, we had to get a bus as the metro wouldn't take a dog without a muzzle.
We got there quite late and just went to bed, breakfast in the morning included, clean room, nice hotel.
We liked the price of the hotel.
We thought the hotel would be closer to the City and sights. The staff were rude on several occasions. Trying to get wifi was difficult. You had to use certificates and type in different passwords on 3 hour increments. A lot of the time, even with the password it wouldn't let you on. You would be denied because too many people were using the internet. When you were able to get on, it would kick you off and inform you there were problems with the server. The shuttle driver was also rude along with the many front desk staff. The front desk staff that worked after midnight shift were the most helpful we found.
Clean big rooms with sofa and balcony. Normal breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Nice view.
Disgusting wifi...Never works. Far from the station - but if you are traveling by car shall not be a problem..can just drive to Monti Tiburtini, nearest metro station, and leave the car anywhere there.
It was clean, staff was nice and polite
Location is to far from city center, Nearest bus station is 10 minutes of walking. When we arrived it was late, I called the reception for a pickup from the nearest metro station, they suggested that I should walk, "It's just 20 minutes".... I had two suitcases and a very vague idea of where I was headed.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff who worked the breakfast shift, the only smiles we revived from staff.
Found the reception staff unhelpful, the so called shuttle bus was a people carrier driven by the most nasty man I've ever encountered. Once we got the hang of public transport we used that but the hotel is quite far out
Very very bad
Just a gross hotel
It is so far from center you should take bus and 2 metro to be in spagna which is the center of Rome and the first and the second floor is full of handicap people from Libya they get injer from the war and the other floor is good and the wifi only in the reception and the swiming pool is closed all the time winter or summer
The price was very nice
The shower nozzle holder was broken, so we had to hold the nozzle ourselves in order to shower. The location was not the greatest. It is a 2k walk to the nearest metro stop, and the shuttle services were inconsistent. Some left early, some left late. Nothing after 9.
the hotel service in general staff very friendly and helpful we enjoyed our stay
Location very far from the city center. Expensive, Wi-fi doesn't work all the time. Not very clean and mosquitos in everywhere. I will never go back again to this hotel.
the room was very nice and good value for money
The shuttle service was not really reliable. Difficult if you should go there by bus from the station and take big luggage
The hotel is located near the metro station Pietralata - about 15 minutes walk, but it also offers a bus (free of charge) to and from the station (5 minutes travel). It's a quiet area, far from the noise, but in the same time - only 15-20 minutes away from the city center via the metro. They also offer a transfer to the Fiumicino Airport for 60.00 EUR per direction. Very clean room and bathroom, fantastic and really comfortable bed, great breakfast (buffet style), very good and helpful staff. It's hard (not to mention impossible) to find a better hotel in Rome at this price.
Wi-Fi did not work for me, but the problem could have been with my own mobile phone rather than the service itself.
Adverted sayong swimming pool great service I dont see nothing their its not worth the money I paid. How can miss sold the room like this disappointed not happen with anything
Nice reception and breakfast
Poor rooms with noises of bad electricity wire connection. keeps you awake
The way was so far from city center its staf was unpolite and so tought
Big rooms, close to the high way. It is ok if you have no big espectation.
The young front boy officer seems to be extremely bored. The hotel had for sure better days, but now is going to be more like a cheap motel (lots of things in the room needs to be fixed, from the wallpaper to the shower courtain)
It is literally miles from the centre and takes ages to find as it's not advertised at all. The hotel looks terrible from the outside. The staff were poor and quite unhelpful especially the young male receptionist who thought he was a rock star rather than working on reception at a (unbelievable) 4* hotel!!! Shuttle service was average however overheard two people complaining they were late to the airport as the shuttle didn't turn up! Just don't stay here at all, it's easily one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! Spend an extra 30/40 euros and stay somewhere else as this hotel has a good chance of spoiling your trip.
I liked the breakfast in the mornings and the free shuttle if you could get it at the times it left.
I didn't like the beds. they gave me a room with 2 twin beds for me and my husband and a couch for my son. When I asked for a crib for my child I was told rather disgruntingly that all of the housekeeping staff had gone home for the night and I would have to wait and see. My other issue is no restaurants near by that were good for dinner. The buffet was not worth it.
Breakfast is moderate, the rest is poor.
Attitude of staff towards customers, from shuttle driver to front desk people...definitely won't recommend this place to anyone.
One it is not near anything unlike the description says. There is literally nothing near by not even any resturants. You have to take a bus to the metro and then into town. Neighborhood was run down. There were holes in the walls of our room. Satellite cable was a few basic channels. The staff wasn't very helpful with anything. And finally our shower curtain kept falling from the wall. I will never stay there again.
