Rooms were quite clean.

Breakfast was not well aranged, food was end already in the 7 o clock. Some receptionist were very poor for to serve guests. Location was very difficult for the Rome trips. Reception did not want to order taxis.

The room had terrible smell of dirty socks.

Location is too far. Bus to Tiburtina Station only and not frequent enough. This was huge as our taxi expenses were outrageous. We were cheated by taxi and hotel refused to even call the cab company to complain. No bus between Noon and 4pm. Charge 3 Euro for pool usage. Wifi only in lobby. No handle on door to bathroom. Housekeeping was poor. Only 2 English channels on tv (bbc News and cnn). Referigerator not cold enough; no settings. Vending machines empty. Old and outdated. Paint peeling. Dirty walls. Breakfast buffet was cereal, crossant, thin deli style ham and cheese. Oj and Expresso machine.

- Price (34 euro + 3 euro tax) for one night - Really clean room - Big bathtub where you can easily relax

- Localization (20 min. Walking to the metro stop - Mt. Tiburtini; I don't recommend using buses - many times they just don't show up) - It's not so easy to find the hotel - Really poor breakfast (mostly sweet, few slices of cheese and ham [!])

Quite good for the price.

No complaints at all.

The only thing is the location proximity to the sights.

Shower head not working, cleanliness of the room, AC not working for the entire stay at the hotel you can immagine a night at 35 C temperature trying to sleep, terrible food do not eat here, for the use of pool you will have to pay additional fee, phone broken so if you would like to complain you would have to go to the front desk.

Absolutely nothing. As a regular personal and business traveller, I must say that this is by far the worst hotel I have ever expericed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It barely makes a two star rating. This place should be shut down!!!

It is a simple hotel, not sure about the 4* it claims to have.. quite a steep hill from the bus stop to the hotel. it looks like a cheap apartment than a hotel from outside, but the room is not bad once inside.

My room was very clean and nice .

The hotel is very far away from the city and for 4 star hotel, I will expect to have complement tea and coffee in my room. The little at the reception is closed very early.

It is in the city but it is very silent and relaxing place.

Advertised parking, but no private place.

The rooms were clean and the rooms have a refrigerator. The rooms also have a balcony. It was nice to be able to go outside and from the balcony, you have a great view of Rome. The fee for the breakfast is 6 euros and this is a very good price for the array of food that was available. The hotel had plenty of parking and was within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants. The hotel supplied a bus for 6 euros per person to take you in to Rome for the day and pick you up in the evening. The staff was helpful and friendly in all other areas except for the complaints below.

Unfortunately, our two night stay at this hotel was not a good one & we would have cancelled our second stay, but we were not allowed to do that. The air conditioning in the room did not work. After having it on for two full days, on the morning that we were leaving, there was some semblance of cool air, but we did not sleep well at all as we were sweating. We complained to the front desk & they tried to change us to another room, but the a/c in that room was even worse. After numerous complaints, we called you to try to get us a room with a/c, with no results. The hotel only wants to give you one room card as you have to put your room card in a slot which then activates the lights and a/C. When you leave the room and take your card out, everything shuts off. We went and got a second card & left the second card in the slot the entire length of our stay. The young man that was coming to the room to check the a/c told us that that was as good as the a/c works. After complaining to the desk & to you & having the young man come up to our room 3 times, they finally sent up a man & a woman to check our a/c at 10:30 on the morning that we were leaving & check out was at noon. We told them to forget it as we were packing & getting ready to leave. The shower head was not secured properly and the water went all over the floor and we had to mop it up with towels and wring it out in the tub. The breakfast room was not open when we went down for breakfast. The pool is only open until 7 P.M. & after that time they rent it out. When you visit Rome, you are there all day and don`t get back until after 7, so we never even got to use the pool & there is a fee of 3 euros to use the pool. I have never heard of a hotel charging to use the pool when you are a paying guest & I have never had a hotel that I am staying at with a pool rent it out so that the paying guests can`t use it. There are more complaints, but not enough room to list them.

Not much to write here except for the fact that this was a cheap hotel in comparision to the other ones.

The location was very far and every thing starting from hotel shuttle, wifi, swimming pool and breakfast was at extra cost. The rooms were small and the air conditioning was very poor as the outside temperature used to go up to 38C.

Jak na cztery gwiazdki to luksusów nie było, jako najgłówniejsze minusy to mogę wymienić: - codziennie ten sam zestaw śniadaniowy: średniej jakości szynka konserwowa, ser żółty, musli z jogurtem i croissanty, i tak codziennie przez 5 dni, było już do znudzenia, - płatny basen- promocja dla gości hotelowych 3 euro za wejście, - brzydki zapach kanalizacji wokół hotelu, - pokoje były sprzątane codziennie, choć raz pokojówka zastała nas w pokoju (weszliśmy na chwilę) i w ten dzień pokój już nie był sprzątany

Hotel de très mauvaise qualité en travaux avec traces et odeurs de peinture par tout. Personnel ml aimable qui semblent ne pas avoir envie du tout de travailler. A chaque questions posées un réponse avec une lassitude et énervement. Restaurant médiocre pas assez de places pour le nombre d'occupants. Nous étions même obligés de débarrasser nous même une table pour pouvoir nous asseoir. Hotel nulle et très excentré de Rome.

Hôtel annoncé 4 étoiles mais en France il aurait perdu au moins 2 étoiles, abattant cuvette wc fendu, appliques sans ampoule, mobilier intérieur abîmé, portes mal fixées placard, frigo, porte accès balcon qui ne ferme pas, volet rideau sur sangle très dur, baignoire émaillée avec des coups, miroir râpé, rideau de douche trop court et déchiré, très peu de chaînes tv pour les étoiles qu’a cet hôtel, climatiseur bruyant, chambre mal isolée on entend tout, mdr. Niveau ménage, le personnel a besoin de prendre des cours, moquette tâchée, chaussette oubliée sous le lit par quelqu’un. A l’accueil le personnel devrait être un peu plus accueillant ne serait-ce d’être un peu plus convivial ainsi que le chauffeur du bus. Les chambres ont besoin d’être rénovées bien que des sites disent que cela a été fait. Le petit déjeuner ne comporte pas tout ce qui est annoncé sur des sites. Points positifs : L’hôtel met à votre disposition un bus qui vous amène au métro Station TUBURTINA plusieurs fois par jour et revient cous chercher, il faut compter 10 à 15 minutes de trajet, 8 fois par jour cependant il vaut mieux arriver un peu avant l’heure. La station TUBURTINA est à 4 stations de la gare TERMINI. Petit déjeuner correct dans l’ensemble Literie correcte aussi Prix correct avec petit déjeuner avec réservation par BOOKING.COM par rapport au prix affiché dans la chambre. Nous sommes arrivés de TOULOUSE en voiture et on peut se garer sur le parking devant l’hôtel. L’hôtel étant assez retiré, à 100 mètres à droite en bas de la descente, vous avez une Pizzéria, un peu bruyante mais c’est l’Italie, on y mange très bien, prix correct, personnel très gentil juste à côté de la ligne de bus 211 qui peut vous amener au métro

El hotel por fuera no es muy lindo pero por dentro es realmente lindo, cómodo y agradable. Como esta alejado del centro cuenta con un servicio gratuito de acercamiento al metro que sale varias veces al día, de ida y de vuelta. Desayuno muy bueno. Conexión gratuita a internet en la recepción.
