Excellent decoration. Unique concept. Wonderful garden view. Red roses in room. Being informed when forgot an item. Warm welcome even checked-in after 8 o'clock in the evening.
Personnel dealing with breakfast knowing little English. No lift and help to carry luggages. Lack of eggs in breakfast. No proper heating system working in the room.
The B&B has convenient location (10 min by bus to Florence Cathedral) and is located in a large garden ( plenty of parking space). The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with a very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent served in a lovely kitchen.Very professional and friendly service too! Higly recommended.
This B&B is within a large, tree-lined oasis in a busy neighborhood, complete with swimming pool and sufficient space for a nice run in the morning. Francesca and staff are very attentive and the 6 small bedrooms are pleasantly and historically decorated.
The Wi-Fi was a bit slow but otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
Everything was impressive, from driving along trees ,great place, classy, quiet and just amazing.
Nina, the best host ever!
The bus station is too far away from the house
We loved the building, its gardens and history. Francesca the owner speaks English and is a lovely, friendly person. She and her husband Carlo even gave us a lift to a local restaurant. Her recommendation for Oswaldos for dinner was amazing.
The breakfast was rather plain and unappetising. Sliced white bread not very fresh was the only toast option. The coffee machine didn't come up to scratch. The area where the building is situated is a bit run down and about 30 minutes by bus to the centre of Florence.
Friendly staff, experience of old Italian villa
Lovely old property set in a quiet suburb with large private grounds, very comfortable bed.Good parking and friendly welcome. Would go back if in Florence again
Nothing to dislike
Very good location. Private parking. Nice park and swimming pool.
No cleaning in the bathroom. The same breakfast all mornings.
This B & B is like an oasis in the city of Florence. There's a cosy pool area in the garden with roses and a pomegranate tree. There's an outside bathroom next to it with a shower and there's also a fridge where you can store cool beverages, cheese and prosciuttto for your poolside snacks. We were served a very good breakfast by our lovely hostess. Breakfast contained salami, mortadella, cheese, bread, toasts, yoghurt, cereal, fruit and they had a cappucino-machine as well. The hotel has old wooden beams in the ceiling and it is furnished with antique tables and desks. Each room has the name of a textile pattern as the Rovezzano B & B has a history of an old weaving mill. We stayed in the Impruneta-room with a beautiful view of the garden and the curtains and bedspread were weaved in the Impruneta-pattern. There are common areas so you can hang out on the terrace, by the pooltable or in the room with couches and a fire place. The bus to the city center (nr 14) runs until 24:00 and the trip takes about 15 min. We really loved our stay here!
the location is perfect, 20 minutes bus ride from centre Florence, quiet and charming.
Comfy Parking View (ask for park view)
Beautifully decorated accommodation, lovely kitchen that could be used by guests, nice terrace and lounge areas to sit and relax. Near to 14 bus to get into Florence. Choice of restaurants within walking distance.
Not much English spoken by hostess.
We loved the seclusion of this estate, the grounds were beautifully kept and the whole building was greaciously maintained and exuded old world charm. Would definitely return. Olga from Melbourne
Convenient for the bus into Florence, but spacious, surrounded by a large garden & park, & a pool to relax by.
Extremely nice staff, interesting furniture, generous and beautiful courtyard, quiet neighborhood, not so far from the center, easy access to the city center. Pay attention to the "room view" option. Good luck with the villa neighbors. Ours were very nice and civilized people, otherwise the lack of soundproof can become a problem. One in all, it's a pleasant place to stay when visiting Firenze.
quiet location, nice hotel
far away from city center; lady we've met does not speak English
- Very quiet area - Parking place - Breakfast - Tea set in the room + Complimentary water - Nice property + Garden - Pool
- Old and noisy doors in the room - Choice of restaurants around
Everything was perfect !
Good location, not far to the city Nice garden, close to park, swimming pool, solid breakfast
Not English speaking staff Entrance is very far to the bus stop
We booked two nights stay at the Rovezzano B&B , during our visit on the north Italy.Even though it is not so closed to the centre of Firenze , it was quite easy to find.Room was spacious , with private bathroom , clean , offering nice view at the garden.Nina was there every morning to prepare our breakfast , always with a smile at her face.We shall recomend it to our friends and family..Until next time , thank you for making our holidays unforgettable!
We loved our room and the whole place. It was so romantic. Always clean, nice and friendly staff. The breakfeast was OK, not so much, but suffice. Close to the centre of Florence, only a 15 minute ride on the bus Nr.14. Free and private parking.
It was very difficult to communicate with the owner as she didn't speak English. However we did manage to get some information and was able to find our way around quite easily. She was really friendly and helpful, would have just been a lot easier if she spoke a bit of english
A beautiful oasis on the edge of the city! A wonderful locatrion with a marvelous sence of history. I would reutrn to Florence and Rovezzano in a heartbeat. If you guys ever offer an extended stay option I am in! Thankyou vry much for our stay.x
A Very quiet place. Though the receptionist cant understand english, nina is trying her best to express what she wanted you to know like other non verbal comunications & she is really accomodating. Not an extravagant breakfast but enough to satisfy you.
Far from tourist spot but nina have a note how to get there by public transportation & go back to the accomodation. If you are a traveller, you can figure it out after a time.
