This modern hotel is conveniently situated 800 metres from the A27 Mestre-Belluni motorway and offers fully-equipped meeting rooms, free parking and spacious guest rooms.

Roy Hotel’s location less that 1 km from the Treviso Sud motorway exit, 4.5 km from Treviso city centre and 8 km from Treviso airport, makes it an ideal base for business stays and for tourists intending to visit Venice and the Marca Trevigiana area. The hotel boasts 3 conference rooms that can accommodate between 8 and 24 guests and contains modern audiovisual equipment including: overhead projector; flip chart; video recorder and; 20" colour TV.

After a busy day, guests can read one of the free daily newspapers whilst enjoying a leisurely drink at the bar.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Reception is closed from 01:00 to 06:00 on weekdays and from 01:00-07:00 at weekends.

Food & beverage

Enjoy a rich buffet breakfast between 07:00 and 09:00 on weekdays and from 07:50- 09:50 at weekends. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

On request, the hotel will be happy to organise coffee breaks and working lunches for business guests.

Although the hotel does not serve lunch and dinner, there is a high quality restaurant next to the hotel which offers a delicious cuisine including fresh fish. This restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Room information

All rooms are comfortable, private and fully-equipped with: private bathroom with shower and hairdryer; air conditioning; heating; safe; direct dial telephone; minibar; satellite Sky TV; radio and; Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Two specially equipped rooms for disabled guests, and rooms with balconies and Jacuzzis, are available on request. Non-smoking rooms are also available on request.

Area information

The hotel is located in a tranquil area near the River Sile, where guests can embark on boat trips to the Venice Lagoon. Nearby, there are two small lakes ideal for fishing.

The hotel is situated 15 minutes drive from Conegliano, S. Donà and Mestre in Venice, 30 minutes drive from Castelfranco, Montebelluna and Pordenone and 40 minutes drive from Padua and Belluno.

Camere molto pulite. Colazione ricca e abbondante. La possibilità di cenare "divinamente" in un ristorante attiguo all'hotel se pur con gestione separata.

Camere molto rumorose, perchè si affacciano sulla tangenziale (frequentatissima sia di giorno che di notte).
