予約の段階でツインを希望したが、ツインの部屋が用意されておらず、理由を聞いたら、はじめは、あなたはツインを希望しなかったと言われ、予約確定の印刷コピーを見せ、英訳すると、今度はあなたは上の階を希望したからツインはないんだと言われ、本当はホテル側のミスなのではという感じなのに、私たちのせいにされ不愉快だった。 |

坂の途中にあって、風景がちょっと小樽みたいです。観光の中心地のすぐそばなのに、閑静な場所にあり、部屋は美しくて素敵でした。ホテルの方もいろいろと親切に教えてくれました。 部屋のテレビシステム（ものすごーく立派なシステム）が壊れていた。ユーロ２００８を見たかったのだが・・・。ホテルの方に部屋までテレビの具合を見に来てもらったが、やっぱりダメで、テレビを見たいなら、別の部屋で見ていいよ、といわれたが、旅行最終日だったのでその時間的余裕がなく・・・。 |

この値段でこのレベルのホテルに泊まれるのだったら、超お得だと思います。なかなか麗しいクラシカル系の内装で、いかにもイタリアに来たという気分になれますし。朝ごはんのお部屋もなかなか素敵でした。 立地も観光しやすい位置で、よかったです（ただ場所はちょっとわかりにくいかも？大きいトランクがある場合も坂の途中で階段あるので、初めて行くならとりあえずタクシーがいいかもしれません。ちなみに空港から深夜でだいたい20ユーロでした）。 特になし |

ホテルの場所は判りにくそう タクシーだったので問題なっかったけれど。 部屋もスタッフも大変良かったです バスタブ付で無かったのが残念。 ホテル内のレストランで食事をしたけれど サービスも良く 値段もリーズナブルでした 早朝出発だったので 朝食が食べられなかったのが残念。 あまりに最新のスイッチで 聞くのも言葉の問題がありためらわれたので そこらのスイッチを押しまくりました |

The nice personell, especially Mansour from the reception - very perceptive, knowledgeble, kind and helpfull at all times. The loacation in the middle of old town Catania. Internet out of order the entire stay of two weeks. The new owners deceided to turn the terrase into an air conditioned glas cage. Might work for people who live year round in a hot climate, for us as northern tourists - not appealing at all. We choose the hotel for the possibility to have breakfasts and dinners or sundowners out side with a view - no chance. Hotel looses business that way. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious (especially the homemade cakes!) and the terrace was beautiful. Location is very convenient (shopping area and tourist attractions very close but still the hotel is very quiet). Room was not very big and quite dark. |
