The nice personell, especially Mansour from the reception - very perceptive, knowledgeble, kind and helpfull at all times. The loacation in the middle of old town Catania. Internet out of order the entire stay of two weeks. The new owners deceided to turn the terrase into an air conditioned glas cage. Might work for people who live year round in a hot climate, for us as northern tourists - not appealing at all. We choose the hotel for the possibility to have breakfasts and dinners or sundowners out side with a view - no chance. Hotel looses business that way. |

Size of room, luxury remote at bed for lights, door and tv Hotel is very noisy, both from outside traffic as from guests inside. Therefor we slept horrible. |

Central and perfect location; wonderful panorama from breakfast terrace; Helpful internet point in the hotel; gentle and nice staff Tv screen was too small and far from my bed; car parking of the hotel is not free (10 € per day) |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious (especially the homemade cakes!) and the terrace was beautiful. Location is very convenient (shopping area and tourist attractions very close but still the hotel is very quiet). Room was not very big and quite dark. |

The hotel, room and staff were very nice. Catania can be a very dirty city. The main tourist areas are OK (ish). The rest of the city is filthy. Don't stay in the city for longer than you have too. There are much, much cleaner and nicer cities and towns. Catania needs to clean up its act. The traffic is maniac. |

Nice location, rooms lovely but very dark, staff very friendly and helpful. We overlooked the restaurant which they let out for discos so had loud music till gone midnight. Restaurant menu very limited, lots of items on menu not available. |

Surprisingly, the only good feature of this hotel was the food and service in the restaurant! This hotel was very poorly represented -- the location was horrible, the facilities were unavailable for use (sauna, jacuzzi, work out room) which was the main reason we chose this hotel!!! Will not return and not recommend. Not a value for the money since there was nothing to do and not located in an attractive area for the hotel description. |

Hotel should add hot items at breakfast. This is needed for a four star hotel. Hotel should improve the comfort of beds. Hotel should add places to sit in lounge. There is no where to read outside of the hotel room. |
