Beautiful views - great location. Very helpful receptionist and waitress. Pity no bar as weather not great and we would have liked somewhere to relax before going out for dinner. Breakfast could have been more imaginative. Parking can be a bit of a lottery. |

This is a very charming hotel with a superbe sea view! It was apleasure waking up in the morning, open my windows and stand steal just looking the sun shinning on the sea. Priceless! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great! Sometimes there is a bad smell coming out from the pipes in the bathroom, but this is not only for this hotel, the hotel city is like that. Just close the door and the problem is solved. A tip to who is going in this city - avoid renting cars because parking places are difficult to find (or very expenive) |

Big well-maintained room and bathroom; hotel modern and generally clean; great sea view from balcony; good quiet location near all sights in Ortigia. Level of support/friendliness from staff was adequate in general but not as good as I would expect when paying this price. |

The location. It is in a beautiful spot right on the water in the southern edge of the Ortigia island on Siracusa. It could not be better situated. The room was large. Free wifi in the lobby was nice. A minor complaint, but the breakfast seemed rather ordinary for the caliber of this caliber of hotel. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for all the local attractions. The free wireless internet was a big plus. Good time, great stay! |

Very friendly and attentive staff. The cute lady running the front desk was extremely helpful in providing directions on getting to sites of interest. This hotel's got a great location facing the sea in Syracusa's amazing historic/medieval Ortygia section. |

Located in a peaceful and yet very convenient seafront location in Ortigia. It is a short walk from most restaurants and the main square. We stayed in a deluxe room which is as spacious as a junior suite. The room also has a spacious terrace with full sea view, which is extremely pleasing to say the least. Decor is descent but not impressive. The flush water has a stench and the water from the tap has a strong smell of chlorine, as much so as to smell like water in a public swimming pool. |

Good design and helpfull staff. Good breakfast. Free internet but difficult to use. The rooms are dusty because of some kind of special stone on the walls. Same problem with reception. But the stone is still beautiful to watch. We were by motorcysles, no garage but bikes possible to park just front of the hotell. Very difficult to find but kind polices quided us. Impossible to come by car. A lot lot of road works nearby. No restaurant. |

We enjoyed staying in an historic building which has been restored beautifully. However road construction right outside made it dificult for us to park our car which had to be left in a vulnerable position and the unmade road surface outside made a mess of our shoes and tracked in to the hotel on the otherwise immaculate marble floor. |

The room was compact but split in 2 levels with a little stairs and I liked the idea a lot. The hotel is in front of the sea, close to the city centre. They squeezed oranges on order at breakfast and I never have that fresh breakfast at any hotels!!! To get to the hotel by car might be a bit difficult (many one ways, narrow streets). Highly recommended to use a car navigation. |

Exellent hotel au très priche du centre tout en étant face à la mer, très bon service. Si je retourne à Siracuse je ne manquerai pas de retourner dans cet hotel. |

Läget var mycket bra, mitt i gamla staden och nära till de flesta sevärdheterna, många små resturanger i närheten lite svårt med parkering men det gick att lösa med bra personal på hotellet |

Historisch oud pand mooi design gerestaureerd. Schitterende ligging aan kust dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. De design badkamer was niet zo schoon en het raam keek uit op een rokersbinnenplaatsje. Het ontbijt was een beetje mager in verhouding tot de prijs. |

Su situación es muy buena. Los desallunos son un tanto limitados, se echaron de menos los platos calientes. En alguna de las habitaciones el olor de las cañerias en el Baño era francamente molesto. En general las habitaciones interes son pequeñas. |

A recommander, très bon emplacement à Ortigia avec pour cette chambre la vue sur la mer. acceuil sympathique. Excellente literie. Idem pour le petit déjeuner. Parking avec possiblité de circuler dans Ortigia à pied. |

Heel leuk, charmant, klein en mooi hotel. Aparte kamers, stijlvol ingericht. Het hele hotel is mooi ingericht. Heel vriendelijk personeel en ze hebben parkeerplaatsen. Aanrader voor degene die de omgeving willen bekijken. |
