Problems with wi-fi on the 4-th floor, was only on the reception. Breakfast - it was just cornetto and coffee.

The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and we spent there a good night.

There was a little bit cold in the room, and we couldn't open the terrace door.

Poor breakfast with water looking like juice. The room was too dark, not enough light. Bathroom looks like shit. Looks more like a two stars hotel

A cheap hotel in a pretty good location. I thoroughly recommend this to traveling couples staying only for a few nights; it's a bed to sleep in with breakfast included.

If I'm being picky, the toast-in-a-bag was too hard. I don't really have any complaints.

That it was 8 minutes from the train station, which was our only purpose.

1. The price we reserved online was not the price that we were charged. 2. They ONLY accepted cash, but no where was that told to us ahead of time. 3. The internet connection was very spotty and poor. 4. There was an extreme amount of noise and construction at all hours of the night and morning and there was no sound-proof in the room. People were checking in at 3am and making a lot of noise. It felt as if we were in a noisy house.

The only person who was consistently friendly was the cleaner.

I did not like the receptionist (manager). He was rude and impatient. On one occasion he swore in my presence in reply to my request to correct the invoice. I find this totally unaceptible.

The hotel is in good location, you will only need one bus to get to the duomo.

Air conditioning is offered for extra pay, which wasn't not said in the description. Also, breakfast is very poor: just croissants and coffee ( but the coffe is great). Also we had problems with hot water(( And in the hotel very noisily.

Great and friendly people, nice place, clean room, quite area, perfect to enjoy as a couple. 20Min by walk from downtown

It may seem to be a little bit far away from the center of Milan and complicated to find. It's not, with a map, your feet and a bit of orientation

The price is OK.

The air condition in the night is for additional money. Is it very noisy neighbourhood in the hotel , we didnt sleep at all in the night because it was very hot and somebody was laughing all the night on the balcony (another house has the same internal garden as the hotel has). The hotel locates ~40 mins by bus from the center. Night buses are coming once in 30 mins .

Good price, free wireless internet

Room and service are acceptable, but nothing special. There was a smell of gas coming in through the window. We were told not to worry. In summary, you get what you pay.

Air con even included in price work only 10pm - 4am so day time was impossible to stay in the room.. Wifi work, but only at reception in room no chance to get a signal

Hotel Royal was very relaxing, no one botherd you when you dont want to, the room was allways tidy when me and my mates got back from our outing and the staffs there were very nice and friendly to talk to.

hahahah i think the only thing that was a bit of a bother was the lounge are closin ga bit early, so therefore me and my friends woulf just retire into our bedrooms, however this was only when we come back to the hotel late, i'm sure if we were sat down in the lounge for some time, we could've left whenever we wanted, with the exception that we are quiet, because there are other peoples room nearby.

Location of hotel is very good, it is 20 min to the town centre by foot. Every day clean towels. Supermarket was at the corner.

You have to pay extra for air-conditioner. A little bit noice from the street. The same breakfast every day (croissant, butter, jam, milk, corn flakes, fruit juice and very good coffee).

This is not a hotel but almost imprisoned for several reasons: - Breakfast does not eat any bread or hot - Only during breakfast per person grain Oasis Corson - Is closing the air-conditioning during the day with the knowledge that Milan is very free, and I knew it was not open to the room air-conditioning only paid five euros per hour and this was not in our agreement during the booking - Is there a reasonable three hotels in the House four roles - The Internet is very bad here was not in a remote reservation

New, clean, nice, simple room, good location with convenient buses 54,61 connections to the city, Billa shop close to the hotel, good hotel for young people E.G. couples or students on the road.

The staff did not allow me to pay by credit card (take cash for hotel wish you). Breakfast was simple. I have got a room where two clima machines located on the balcony made an unpleasant noise.

The friendship of the first guy who receive us. Really close to the BUS Stop.

We had to pay 5€ to have AC were the room were a "Caldo", the room was really hot inside.
