Lady at the reception was very friendly, pointed out the bus connection to the city and actual events. Breakfast a little bit artificial, at a quarter to ten there was no butter and hot chocolate available. |

Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Airconditioning optional (couple of euros per night). Delicious coffee. Simple but tasteful breakfast. Close to public transport. Free (and safe) parking in the neighbourhood. |

When we first got there the staff was good, the air conditioning worked great (and didn't have to pay extra for it), there is a laundromat right down the street, a small grocery store near by, and right next to the metro station. The breakfast was very limited to apples, cereal, plain white warm yogurt, juice, coffee, and bread. The room was not very clean and we asked for a double bed and got 3 twin beds. But over all I might stay there again because of the price. |

I stayed Sat & Sun nights.The hotel was well located for city center.It was clean and comfortable.Staff were very freindly and helpfull.Breakfast was very good,cereals,fruit juice,yogurt,croissant & coffee.I Would recommend & will certainly stay again on next trip to milan. There is a 5Euro charge to have ac on all night.Though I didn't use it. |

It is a peaceful place situated on a silent street, with comfortable apartments, friendly staff. What is important in Milan there were no mosquitos and there are shutters on the windows preventing from the noises. There are rooms for 3 people so it's possible to come with the family. it is situated relatively far from the city centre (if going fast it takes about 20 minutes), and if going at night, the street is not brightly lighted; and it's on the 2nd floor with a very small note with the name of the hotel on the building front so that I have almost come by. |

I like it that there is hairdryer in the room. There is alot to complain about this hotel. The aircon in the room is controlled by the receptionist. During the night, the man in charge kept turning off our aircon and the room becomes very stuffy and warm. And when we told him to turn on our aircon, he said he will only for an hour. Afterwards, he told us he will charge us for the aircon which was ridiculous. |

Staff were extremely nice, good location, close to all designers shops, just about 20 minutes walk. Its quite noisy, went to Milan to learn Italian and couldn't study because of the noise. Questo albergo e abbastanza rumoroso. |

The location was good. Nice neighbourhood and rather close to the centre with good public transport. Good continetal breakfast wiht individually made coffee. Some things in the room were broken, like the knobs for the folding bathroom door and the shower was loose. |
