The 4-star Hotel Mozart features elegant accommodations in Rome’s center, just around the corner from the main shopping street, Via Del Corso.
Score from 1615 reviews Very good
The historic Grand Hotel Plaza has been featured in many movies. Set on Rome’s popular shopping street, Via del Corso, it has large elegant rooms with high ceilings and marble bathrooms.
Score from 718 reviews Good
Hotel Condotti is a small and cozy boutique hotel, on a peaceful, typical street of Rome's historic center. It is just around the corner from the famous Spanish Steps.
Score from 1105 reviews Wonderful
In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.
Score from 3672 reviews Very good
The room was very expensive so that was very very very small , dirty carpet, noisy
Reception desk staff helpful and friendly
Room noisy Restaurant service very poor Are 1 dinner got food poisoning very sick for 2 days
This was my third visit to the Luxury Palace Hotel, originally chosen for its proximity to the Spanish Steps. I struck lucky as it is a charming hotel, comfortable (even for the single traveller). an excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.
A bit noisy, but what do you expect???
The roof terrace was under construction
The location was fab Staff lovely Rooms spacious and well decorated
Unfortunately renovations to dining area during stay so breakfast area was cramped
Location can not be better
- WIFI - Noisy room -Price for the type of hotel
As above, terrible service, they pretended to fix the WiFi but could never get a signal unless I spent the night in reception. Truly awful experience for business travelers.
Room was clean, newly decorated, bed comfortable.
Bathroom was falling to pieces - shower was cheap and nasty, drain was blocked, toilet seat fell off. Downstairs areas smelled unpleasant.
Bed Noise Shower Breakfast room disgusting
Staff is very nice Liked the fact that they wrap bathrobes into plastic, it gives a feeling that its clean
I stayed in suit triple room, room is very dark, dirty walls, carpet and bathroom!!! Windows were facing the street with restaurants and it was very noisy, at 2 am I woke up bacause of the noise coming from the street!!! Had to dress up go down and tell them to stop! Overall very bad hotel no value for money at all! The next day I moved to another hotel in Rome
My fiancé and I used this hotel whilst travelling and got engaged the night we stayed. Beautiful place, room was perfect-you could hear classical music from the window during the day which we loved! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful and they even threw in a free massage for each night there. What's not to like!
-Location was perfect. Very close to Spanish steps and shopping. Very close to other attractions too. -Staff were very helpful and friendly. -Will definitely stay here again!!
-Carpet needs to be washed/cleaned of stains.
unable to understand that how it is a 4 Star property
Loved the location! Great restaurants nearby. We liked the size of the rooms and the included room service breakfast.
We were very happy with almost everything in the hotel..Ms Martha at the front desk was very helpful and very courteous...
There were two problems. One was that since we are vegetarian, choice of breakfast in the hotel was very limited and second was they didn't change the linens for 4 days.
Perfect location - nice massage, website promised it for free - as other things, but not all is free thoughe they say so on the website. Breakfast was fresh, but not much to choose between, BUT FRESH.
4* hotel - NOT - I would say 1* Payed 54 Euro for transfer to Airport!!! - The website says airport transfer is free??? - Internet is free - well, even the staff didnt have INternet, they had to go out on the street to receive money, where they could find internet acces - even restaurant guest had same issues. Room NOT at all what the look like on the website - the hotel claims the have just renewed everything, weel, maby european has another standard, but who use a GEBERIT toilet flush as a decoration on the toiletwall up under the celling!!!! Comeon... - And sheets seem that someone else had been sleeping in it before me... All wrinckel... - Wont come back at all...
the location was really good
Bad experience in general. Dirty rooms, dirty carpet, dirty bathromm. No manteniance at all. bad service. This is not a 4 stars hotel, it is a 2 stars hotel i a good location
no view from the windows, wifi not working
Location, the girls on reception were excellent.
Its very dirty. In the rooms, stairs and foyer. The interior design is terrible. Not warm or welcoming. And items (floor, wall paper & table) are damaged. The upkeep is non existent. Hated staying there.
the only thing i liked is the location, it is superior, just turn the corner from Piazza Spagna.
Actually, this is the worst hotel i ever stayed. Pictures placed in booking are not true. The hotel is very dirty, when i entered the room there was no light, then a receptionist fixed it, but when i tried to use a hairdryer it burst and the light again switched off, im happy that not electrically shocked. No chance to open a window, as a smell from restaurant filled the room. Everything in the room is dirty and old, especially carpet. never recommend anyone this hotel.
The location was great.
We had a toilet that wouldn't flush, notified reception at 630am but it wasn't fixed until 330pm. The wifi is terrible. The room bill was taken from my account as expected 4 weeks prior to arriving but upon check out I was told I had to pay for the room and the original payment for the room would be credited back to me within 15 days - essentially I had to pay 2 x the amount quoted and would get half back... Not sure how this is legal. This is not a 4 star hotel - its on ok 3 star at absolute best.
Best location, nice breakfast, great staff
Poor shower-head, too much spraying of something in the restaurant-area.....
Helpful staff Great location
Not Royal, not luxury and not a palace - faded grandeur comes to mind Very noisy - restaurant open till 02.00, street collection of bottles etc at 06.30 Chipped plates, old mats and too many broken chairs in the restaurant Food very good one evening, not so good the second
