The reception desk was excellent. The staff during breakfast at the restaurant was outsatnding. In general, the people were extremely profesiional and nice. The bathroom was the best feauture in the facility. The overall ambience needs remodeling. It was extremely old and need new carpeting and beddings. The elevator needs to be upgraded. The facility needs a remodel and upgrade. Bigger parking spaces. |

Una buona colazione a buffet, la posizione strategica per l'immediata vicinanza ai siti di maggior interesse culturale. Ottimamente servito da bus e tram: la fermata è di fronte all'hotel. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. |
