I could not understand why this is a 5 star hotel. There were no amenities, not even a bottle of water. Most 5 or lower star hotels cater to the guests. Since this is not high tourist time, the Hotel was very uncrowded yet all the guests were located in the same area. There was a stain on the rug in the bedroom, no turn down service, 2 little pieces of chocolate and a handful of hard candy were in the room. It was a no smoking room but smelled like smoke and very musty. The breakfast was plentiful but no hot foods available and I was served a coffee cup that had been used. The restaurant was way over priced as well as the internet charge, and the wellness center charge. Usually a 5 star grants it's guests entry to the spa and/or free wi-fi. I felt mislead by the wording of the hotel. Even the lower charge was not worth the money.

Comfortable room and public areas. The hotel was ideally placed both for the centro storico and the railway station/Aerobus.

I was very annoyed to find that the hotel made a supplementary charge for the use of Wi-Fi Internet. In this digital age it is anachronistic, and exploitative, for a business orientated hotel to levy such charges. Its competitors elsewhere in the city, for example i Portici and Mercure, offer such essential services on a complimentary basis. This fact alone would discourage any re-booking, or recommendation, on my part.

The mini-refrigerator is wired electronicly, you will be charged if you touch anything inside. And it is fully packed. There is a big flat panel tv but there is no free tv. If you want to watch tv, you need to use their skytv channel, which costs 8--10 Euros per day. So this is a 4- star hotel without refrigerator space and without tv. The hotel staffs are not very helpful. When we ask "how do we get to some places?" Their answers are always "Take a taxi."

Travelling with a baby (9m) we enjoyed the friendly service and support provided (e.g. getting hot water for baby-meals, friendly faces and helpful hands in the breakfast room); comfortable parking and short distances

Het ontbijt vonden wij persoonlijk van mindere kwaliteit vooral de koffie en het warme fruitsap Er worden veel etenswaren aangeboden maar niet allemaal van goede kwaliteit Wij dineerde ook in het restaurant en dit was ons niet goed bevallen Het restaurant was erg donker en niet gezellig dit tegenover de rest van het hotel Het voorgerecht was goed maar het hoofdgerecht tarbot was uitgedroogd truffel met zand en pompoen(seizoen ?) donker gebakken De afrekening niet gespecificeerd enkel een totaalsom die te hoog was naargelang de kwaliteit van het eten een tafelgenoot had een ander gerecht genomen en dat was wel goed
