Internet adgang koster 10 Euro for 30min. Medbringes egen pc, koster 1 døgns adgang 22 Euro ???. Mange hoteller har efterhånden gratis eller i det mindste rimelige priser. On-line adgang er en stor del af teenagerlivet, derfor er dette et parameter jeg vælger hotel udfra. Blot oplyses priserne ikke på hjemmesiden. Med god grund kan man vel sige!! |

Specielt beliggenheden med udsigt over vandet, Castel del Ovo og Vesuv. Desuden altanen og ikke mindstswimmingpoolen på øverste etage af hotellet, hvor der ud over den flotte udsigt også var fin service samt ofte en frisk brise. Der sættes møbler på samtlige altaner, så ikke værelsets møbler skal flyttes frem og tilbage hver gang,man skal sidde på altanen. Ville være optimalt med større åbningstid ved swimmingpoolen - og der behøver efter vores vurdering ikke at være lifeguards tilstede i hele åbningstiden |

We had a room with a seaside view. It was fantastic! Staff was excellent especially the bartenders! |

Friendly staff, excellent location and comfortable. It was also within walking distance of conference I was attedning For me it was fine but this is not a cheap hotel so would not be good for budget holiday makers! |

The location and the facilities... Value for money I think is a bit expensive when you compare to Hotel in any other countries. |

It was quiet and in good location, Service was prompt. Room was not "cheery". When originally booking the breakfast was included, but at the final it was not. There was no mention and no one mentioned where it was served. |

The area is nice and relatively safe All tv channels except news channels are blocked unless you pay for every selected program - Other hotels in the area offers better service in this field |

We were staying at 8th level and had a fantastic view of napoli bay and capri. Polite and helpful staff. Definitely good value for money if you choose front sea view for stay breakfast was poor |

The location is very nice! The hotel faces the sea and has many "sea-view room". Each room has a romantic balcony. It is very close to the port of S.Lucia, the Egg Castle.There are many good sea food restaurants around the hotel.You can enjoy a walk early in the morning and late at night, because peace and order around the hotel are well kept. Some young local people was very noisy on the sidewalk near the hotel at midnight. Perhaps they annoyed the many of hotel guests. |

It was a very good value for the money. Breakfast was wonderful and everything was very clean. I also appreciated the location - it was very close to many affordable restaurants and the water. The drain in our shower was clogged so we had to limit our showers to about 2 minutes before the basin overflowed. I reported the issue, but it was never resolved. |

The room was clean and comfortable. Though you may get a good deal on the price of your room everything else that you pay for in the hotel is expensive - Internet use 5 euro for 30 mins and a soft drink at the bar is 5 euro. |

Wonderful view to the sea (Ask for a room with a view to the sea)! Good neighbourhood with lots of restaurants around and shops. Swimming pool (though much smaller than what you expect from the pictures) The staff is not polite! From the four different people that I met at the reception desk during our stay in the hotel, there is just one lady who is friendly and willing to help (which is a pity for such a wonderful hotel). |

breakfast great,Staff friendly helpful,alot of places to eat, and shop bus outside hotel great stay . The buffet dinner was a bit exspensive 30 euro pps ,but you had a great choice. |

Excellent location right on the water in Naples. Good walking area. Decent shopping within a 15-20 minute walk. |

Stunning view of the seaside and the Castel dell'Ovo. Ideally located close to Santa Lucia. Friendly staff. I was surprised about the salty water in the swimming pool. The pool was fine and nicely located on the rooftop, but the salty water was surprising. |
