In the lively Chiaia neighborhood, Hotel Majestic is in the most exclusive shopping district in Naples. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.

Set in a quiet area near the Molo Beverello harbor and Castel dell'Ovo, Rex Hotel offers a central location close to public transportation and main monuments of Naples.
Score from 609 reviews Very good
This hotel is in the center of the city, a 5-minute walk from Naples Cathedral. In an elegant building from the early 20th century it offers contemporary rooms with satellite TV.
Score from 491 reviews Excellent
Excellent location on a quiet pedestrian road overlloking the sea. Great facilites and a lovely dining room.
Location is perfect. Hotel has a very good parking lot for good value in comparison with other parking places in the neighbourhood.
A bit pricy. Breakfast is not brilliant but is ok.
Staff was friendly and helpful, room was nice. Great water pressure.
Had to get a new Wi-Fi code each day.
Very nice location with view over Naples bay. The area in front of the hotel has been made traffic-free so it is possible to walk, run, bike outside without the risk being hit by a car. Breakfast was good in terms of pastry although I would have appreciated to have a richer choice in fresh fruit (salads). The hotel is at walking distance from Gran Café Gambrinus and the Teatro San Carlo which will make the hearts beat of coffee and opera lovers, respectively. Good value for money.
Low speed of internet connection.
Location, service, food, view from the balcony
excellent view, great location, good conference facilities, good business facilities, workout room
no iron in the rooms, no same day service to press your clothes
The view is spectacular balcony side, just on a beautiful promenade where only cycles and pedestrians are allowed. The rooms were a very good size, but that was all.
The TV was a 21inch square computer screen very annoying to watch TV when most broadcasters use digital wide screen nowadays, the mini bar had just one orange juice and one Coca Cola can (the deal was for a full mini bar) The WiFi in the room had just one bar and not very efficient. More importantly there was no spare sockets to recharge my phone and tablet and I was told that I should unplug the lamp on the desk and use that socket. It was a matter of light or recharge. The furniture although clean was worn out and the carpet has seen better days.
The location is excellent
Wifi you have to reconnect every 24 hours if it's possible and dated fixtures and fittings
Location, on the seafront, lots of nice places to eat nearby. View at breakfast. Staff helpful and pleasant, breakfast very good
Bathroom a bit small and bed was a bit hard. Otherwise all OK.
Grand children loved choice at breakfast Fabulous views but need room with sea view as we did Good location easy walk to old Naples
Low level of the room
The location is absolutely the best! The view of the Mediterranean sea was spectacular. This hotel on Partenope is located near the port where you can walk to take the ferry to Capri. All in all....the best choice!!!
I can't think of anything my daughter and I did not like!!!!
Great location and view, safe for walking at night, lots of restaurants across the street near the castle Della ovo.
Front desk looked tired and people weren't very friendly and welcoming. Staff at breakfast buffet weren't very friendly or welcoming.
Location; Restaurants close; View; Street in front of the hotel without car.
Car parking price;
Nice Rooms Friendly/Helpful Staff Good Location Rooftop Pool
Bit Quiet Out Of Season Hotel Bar Closed Early (out of season)
Great location and great view. Quiet. Many good restaurants nearby.
The location is amazing, especially if you opt for a seaview room - fully recommended. A nice 15 min walk to the historic centre.
Breakfast could be better, more variety. No mozarella?! Don't expect a boutique hotel. It is old fashioned, business meetings oriented hotel.
Location was really good overlooking the sea and the castle, probably the nicest part of Naples. A little walk to the train station but this was fine. The trains although very tired and in need of updating ran to time and were really cheap and easy to use. If we stayed in Naples again, we would be happy to stay in this hotel, we would definitely recommend it.
We stayed in a suite on the 8th floor and the Wi-Fi reception wasn't very good. Taxi's are a complete rip-off and I would say don't use them unless you really have to.
Fabulous views of castello dell ova Vesuvius and bay of Naples. The children loved choosing their breakfast!
View and location
Awful internet access Really poor breakfast Shower or too cold or too hot, impossible to regulate
Location, room with a great view, lots of restaurants around
Poor wifi in my room
An excellent location with stunning views.
This is not a four star hotel. The room facilities are old and poor with hotel staff seemingly totally uninterested in their guests,
The view was really beautiful. The breakfast was very good.
The fact that major renovations were occurring in the hotel but that was not mentioned when booking was made. The swimming pool was closed down on the day of our arrival, because of the renovations.
