Seafront location gives a break from stifling heat and noise of city centre. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was quiet. |

Great breakfast, good location right on the water, nice atmosphere. I stayed here 31May-5Jun 09. They turned off the air conditioning during the night so regardless of the thermostat setting, the room was 24.5C (76F) every morning when I got up! Fan was still running without the A/C so it brought in damp air, making the room humid and too warm to sleep. |

The location was ideal. Only a short walk to the ferry terminal (about 10 mins). The hotel staff was friendly and accomadating. They had no problems with answering what few questions we had and were more than happy to hold our bags after we checked out. The bed was a bit hard and the view from the room was on to a back street (then again we were only there for 1 night so that didn't matter). Other than that I really found no problems with the hotel. |

Hotel clerks were professional and very helpful. They supplied directions, maps, and tips on getting from point a to B. The resturaunt service was very good also, and really went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Breakfast was fairly varied and there is something for everyone. If you like sleeping on hard concrete and flat pillows, you'll like these beds. Do not request a wake-up call. Bring an alarm. We requested one all three mornings and never got one. Glad we didnt have a flight to catch. The rooftop pool was closed, and it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. |

Situated in a nice area on the bay with great views. Comfortable and clean room. Good selection available with the buffet breakfast. Huge selection of TV channels. 1. Strangely appointed bath which was difficult to access easily. This would be a problem for the elderly or anybody with slight mobility issues. 2. Upon asking Reception staff about a local bus to the main railway station, we were advised that it would be preferable to take a taxi. |

the view over the castello dell'ovo, with Capri in the background, nice, safe neighbourhood, satellite TV with hundreds of channels in various languages the staff at the breakfast buffet do their utmost to ignore customers who want to order something special (that is... if you consider an "espresso macchiato" to be something special in Italy !!). If I stay there again, I will probably use a megaphone and some kind of flare to get the waiting staff out of their state of lethargy |
