En del småsaker skulle kunna förbättras, tex tillhandahålla handdukar i gymmet, laga motionscykeln där etc.

We chose the hotel for it's location and for the beautiful sea views from our room, also the traffic free environment that allowed people to stroll along the sea front. The restaurant also had excellent views and the staff were very professional and friendly, prior to arrival we were offered an up-grade on accommodation and evening meals, we took advantage of the evening meals on several occassions and these proved excellent value. We were welcomed by staff on our arrival. The hotel price structure suited our budget although it meant a pre-paid arrangement, having said this, this arrangement suited us.

No, we couldn't find anything about the hotel thae were not happy with.

The room overlooked the sea. The view of the Capri in the morning made the mood of the day. With a road below, still it was rather quiet. I think, the location is the best for Napoli, much better than in the historic part of the city. The breakfast was good.

elevator!!! It obeys anyone but the person inside! U get in on the second floor to go down, and it takes u to floor 8. We nearly missed the boat!

The triple room was quite small in size. Furniture looked very cheap. Minibar in the room was looking as if procured from cheap vendor. TV is very small. Very limited choices for food at breakfast. The hotel is apparently rated 4 Star, but I would not give more than 2 Stars for this hotel.

We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and although we were early for checkin they made a room ready and had our luggage delivered to the room while we went out for a walk. We took advantage of the reduced pre booking for dinner which was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a very relaxing stay.

I would like to have a local guide in the room or in reception.

Hotel in lovely location, rooms ok, great views, breakfast good, dinner expensive when they have so much competition locally.

felt rather tired to be honest, staff a bit disinterested, particularly on reception. More could be made of that marvellous dining room. Just felt as though the hotel had seen better days, I would have been very disappointed if I had been on a romantic weekend, felt too much like a business hotel.

Its fantastic location overlooking Naples bay. Staff were generally very friendly, although we did ask for a room with a sea view when we booked on-line, which seemed a pointless exercise as when we arrived, the receptionist didn't seem very interested in our 'request', and pointed out that the room booked was a 'standard room', whatever that meant? In the end we up-graded paying another 15 euro's a night for a very nice room overlooking the bay.

Being told (and it being confirmed on three separate occasions) that the room price also included the cost of an evening meal for two during our short stay, it seemed too good to believe and it was!

Other than the location and a good restaurant not much at all.

We booked a "classic" room which equated to classically bad. Our room was termed an internal room which looked out onto a fire escape and had no natural light with a claustrophobic feel. We requested a room change and was told they were fully booked and to ask again in the morning. First thing next morning the same request was made with the same answer. After some discussion we were offered a much smaller room at the side end of the building with a small balcony which we accepted. On checkout after a 3 night stay we found we were slugged an extra €17 per night for what they termed a room upgrade.

Opening the tap to fill up the bath resulted in brown water coming out of the tap. The shower badly needed replacement, given the miserable trickle of water coming out of it. At least there were no visible traces of rust in ii... The breakfast was really poor, given the price: processed omelet, bacon that was sooner wet than crispy, poor orange juice, poor selection of bread; only the espresso - to be ordered from the friendly staff at no extra costs - was good. While hotels in Naples half that price offer free internet, here, only 30minutes a day was free. More was extra. This is something not of these days anymore.
