地点很好在海边，还可以看见城堡！但并没有提供室内的拖鞋！房间面朝大海很不错！旁边也有很多特色美食！

我不太喜欢陈旧的房间，还有室内的家具都很陈旧！浴室感觉不是很干净！

地点非常棒，完全海景，蛋堡就在我们阳台外面。宾馆服务很好，很贴心。早餐地点也很好，种类丰富。是个度假- 的好地方，性价比很高。尤其拖鞋很舒服！

都很好，是我们意大利十多天来最好的酒店，超爱！推荐！

Everything was great! The hotel is situated on the promenade on which are lots of bars, cafe and restaurants. We had a sea view room and it totally worth the money payed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was very quick as long as check out.

The hotel is not new. But at the same time very clean.

very good location away from the not so clean city and within walking distance to most of the sights.Best if you pay extra for the high floor facing the bay of bengal. the restaurants around the hotel have good seafood pasta and Pizzas.

The breakfast lacks variety but the service was excellent.

First room was old, tired and dirty...not at all good value for money

The location was great, beautiful view. The street outside of the Hotel was heavy with families on the weekend, nice to see. Resturants close by very good.

The location was very good, the room was clean.

Due to conferences the lobby was unfortunately changed and one could not sit there. The pool was not in use, which was not clear from the website. There was at times extremely loud noise, starting early mornings from the roof side; we were on the 8th floor and it was at times unbearable to slepp, relax or even be in the room. We informed the reception about this and it later got a bit better, but the noise level was still not entirely eliminated. The staff was medium friendly/ helpful.

I loved everything about this hotel. It is a beautiful place to stay and if I return to Naples, this is the hotel I will stay.

The taxi drivers do not get the memo on pricing from the hotel and will charge you additional costs.

Poor quality breakfast,pool closed , noisy but to be expected , bed covers dirty and old poor quality toiletries I could go on and on

- The location is excellent. Great views of the bay and Castel del'Ovo which is right across the street. - Convenient to good restaurants and nightlife

- Little things like a toilet that would not stop running and a tv that worked inconsistently

Comfortable hotel near the seafront. On walking distance of the city center. Nice view on Castell dell' Ovo. Nice restaurants in the Borgo Marinero. Try la Bersagliera.

Good location, close to the Sea

The rooms are not clean

The staff was very friendly and always smiling. The location is really nice, maybe a bit far from the city center (where the good restaurants are) and train stations if you plan to travel to Pompeii or Sorrento.

Mainly I disliked the room. For +100 eur a night you expect at least a bit of sun light when you open the window, but we only found the noise of the heaters and/or air conditioners, with funny smell. Almost zero light and views to emergency stairs. The room smell bad the 3 days we were there with humidity and sewer smells. Plus not able to open the windows, was really bad. Internet was horrible as well, it was slow and I had to ask every day for 3 "stickers" to the reception with usernames and passwords for our laptop+phones. Bot my iPhone and my girlfriend's Android mobile kept forgetting the username and password. While breakfast staff was really nice, most of the breakfast food was quite bad quality, orange juice was more like sweetened Tang (orange powder), etc. The so acclaimed views to the castle, was only for a few tables, rest of tables had a nice scaffolding views of the hotel repairs. The pool area was closed, even when we were like +18 degrees outside. This was on the Easter holidays.
