We stayed in a nicely decorated spacious room. The hotel staff is really friendly and that gave us a good feeling about the hotel right from the start. The bathroom was clean, but renovation is needed to give it a 4 star value. |

Quite luxury, not your tipical budget hotel, even had a jacuzzi in a 3 person room (didn't have the time to try it). 250M from termini. Well, nothing, but I was only 1 night at the hotel |

Staff were very accommodating to our requests - ice, directions. Breakfast was good. We found the bed side lighting in the room a little too dim for reading comfortably. |

the proximity of the hotel- within walking distance to the train/bus station and tour buses. The view from the window was horrible making the room dark all the time having to have lights on in daytime - our room 108 - view was bricks/brick wall. others over looked the courtyard |

Nice room, good shower and Airco works excellent (which is needed with 35C outside), beds were a bit hard for my liking, but slept well. Very good value for money. |

We were upgraded to the rooftop room which was spacious and had an outdoor seating area. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. Quiet up on the roof. Porters were available to take our bags up the last flight of stairs not serviced by the lift. The reception staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Great location 4 blocks from Termini Station. Met American standards for room size and cleanliness. no breakfast included |

my own terasse, my own bathtub jacuzzi! Forgot some things in my room, the hotel kindly tracked me down to return them. Nice hotel, especially if you stay in the roof apartment. Great stay, especially for price! first night is cheaper than the following night for some reason. |

The decor was pleasant and the air conditioning very comfortable. The jacuzzi did not work, nor did the television. Also, the key to the room was very tricky and took many tries to get in. The full breakfast was very expensive and it wasn't clear what the continental breakfast covered. |

Hotel is good located just near Termini station, quiet room... I had to sign in blank card slip to stay in the hotel. This is really not ok! The air condition is fixed on very unconviniant place just on face of the bed.. |

Proximity to Termini train station was a definite bonus. The stretch of via Marghera where the hotel is situated can be quite quiet, but because our room was first level street side the noise volume from outside was sometimes quite loud...might have preferred a room facing the courtyard. Our quad room was very spacious however. The half shower door was almost useless and it never failed to leave a pool of water on the bathroom floor. Always felt bad about leaving a mess for housekeeping. |

We especially liked the location (quiet street very near Termini), the price (very reasonable), and the room decor (antiques, marble bathroom, fabric hangings). The breakfast room was in the basement, rather dark and dreary. (The breakfast was, however, excellent.) |

Only close distance to Termini station. Blunt workers make me nervous. Poor breakfast with low quality ingredients should be changed. |
