So close to Termini station, nice staff and a room very clean
The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment
Hotel near station which is convenient. Staff was helpful and patient. Nice spacious room and good breakfast
Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel was clean and well situated to termini station.
No coffee making facilities in room but coffee could be requested at anytime
I like the closeness to the train station
The breakfast should be included for the price of the room. Other hotels do it. Won't stay there again. It was my second time and the night desk clerk is just as unpleasant as he was the last time.
Nothing Bad to say! The staff was helpful in every way, The room was large and clean. The location was very good too
Room and breakfast are good. Staff are helpful. Location is convenient.
Wifi connection is poor. No space for discussion/chatting. There should be Wifi in breakfast room, too.
Hotel is located next to the Termini station ( 5 minutes walking distance)
We had a room right on the roof. Was a bit smelly, there was no air circulation, and air condition was very loud so we could not sleep. Wi-Fi was out of range in this room. Breakfast was just okay which to get better selection.
We have stayed there before and remember that there was not a lot of space in the room. This time we had an excellent room. Very convenient to the main station and accessible to main tourist attractions. Staff very helpful.
As with many hotels, too little thought given to bathroom fittings. It is as if the designer had never stayed in a hotel! Almost no space for wet towels and no where to hang clothes. No tea and coffee making equipment. No terminal to eg check in on line if you don't have laptop.
the location, close to everything
the room was dirty and smelly and cold. The fridge was disgusting - there was mold all over the inside of the fridge.
2-3 minute walk from Termini, so easy access from trains arriving into Rome, train to/from airport, metro trains and buses and tour buses.
Hard beds but that seemed to be the same for all hotels in Italy
The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, easy to reach the train station and every tourist attractions in Rome.
convenience for train station
