Location, high cellings

Had to pay 25 extra for parking (per day), and received an "unofficial" receipt. Swimming pool is 8 Euros extra PLUS 2 Euros if you wanta towel. Notices on the reception indicating all little extras that had to be paid. Staff became friendly, but obviusly are annoyed to have to ask for these extras.

breakfast was not tasty

Atmosphere of ancient villa a bit decadent but with glamor, nice garden and relaxing ambient, the staff is limited so is too busy to give a good service but they are kind. Location is convenient and has a parking place, not easy to find in Florence an hotel with parking even if they charge 25 Euro/day, still is convenient to park you car directly at the hotel.

This hotel was the highlight of the trip for my children. The man at the reception humour had them laughing from the minute we arrived. It may not be eveyones taste but it certainly suited us. The location was right in the centre of Florence just 5 minutes walk from the very best of the attractions. The hotel is a very beautiful old building decorated with period furniture. Not by any means a luxury hotel but exactily what I would think of when thinking of Italian accommodation.

The charge for the pool was an extra we hadn't budgeted for and expensive when travelling with children. There was not mention of this (as far as I can remember) on the web site

Poco personale di servizio, nel pomeriggio solo il personale della reception.

Molto bella la struttura, in ottima posizione per la visita della città

красивое здание, внутри все подобрано со вкусом и выдержанно в стиле старинной виллы. отель расположен очень удобно в центре города.

Die Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Dom. Der Park rund um das Hotel. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus.

Diese Mal das kleine Zimmer. 25 Euro für das Parken pro Nacht ist sehr teuer-

Colazione abbondante (purché si arrivi appeena "ricaricano" le paste sempre freschis sime e ottime).

Alla reception l'unica persona cordiale è la ragazza più giovane gli altri sono snob e poco disponibili. Nelle camere non arriva la rete wi-fi.

Avons apprécié le calme de l'hotel avec son jardin rare de trouver la tranquilité à 10 minutes à pied du centre touristique de florence avons aimé le style " villa florentine" de l'établissement

Avons jugé inadmissible le prix facturé pour le parking et peu recevable l'explication de la direction l' hotel semble vieillissant et mériterait un peu de rénovation ...sanitaires notamment ! à recommander avec quelques réserves

Sicuramente la struttura (ex villa) rende questo hotel fascinoso.

Purtroppo nella struttura principale era in tilt il sistema di condizionatore. Ci hanno proposto camere in due piccole depandance, però in questo caso il ripiego è stato si avere l'aria condizionata ma, avere problemi di acqua e illuminazione.

Fantastiskt stort och fint 4-bäddsrum i gammal stil. Smidigt att hotellet har egna parkeringsplatser och jätteskönt att, i sommarhettan, kunna ta ett dopp i poolen. Gångavstånd till Florens historiska centrum.

Dyrt att bada i poolen, borde ingå i den relativt dyra rumshyran.
