Great hotel close to the station, good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The only problem I had is the internet. Only 30 min free in the lobby and only 128kbt/sec. Quite slow. If you want internet in the room you have to pay 6 euro/hr and it is still slow. Also no English tv channel.

The location close to the center of Messina but still close to the railway station.

Free wify was not available in the rooms but only in the lobby

It was close to the train station and the ferry, also close to the shopping center.

we stayed overnight for our ferry the next day. We were given a room with an enormous balcony looking out to the city of Messina. We were impressed by the service during breakfast too. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Definately would recommend this to anyone. Also, my partner went to the bank early and dropped his credit card in the gutter and was very stressed... when the hotel staff found out... they accessed the gutter for us and retrieved the card. We were grateful for their assistance.

no faults. only that our Peugot 5008 was too big for the carpark in the hotel. However we were grateful that the hotel reception suggested we park the car in the street beside the hotel and because it was sunday the next day... the assisted us with the parking ticket that only cost 1 euro as sunday was free.

The staff was very friendly,nice and very helpful.Good breakfast:was a nice mix of Italian and continental style. Location is perfect (3 minutes walk from railway station).Room and bathroom is nice and comfortable.

We received excellent service in this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the station, but opposite a lovely park, with a view to the mountains and the city. It is an excellent place to start a holiday in Sicily, with large comfortable rooms and friendly polite staff. Wifi is not free, but it is not expensive and offers high quality data transfer, fom an external provider.

The staff was very courteous and my room had a spacious living room prior to the bedroom. We also had a wonderful terrace at our disposal which was as large as both of our rooms put together and was equipped with a wooden table and four chairs, thus enabling me to study outside while enjoying the sun.

The only downside of our room was that it was furnished in a clearly outdated manner. The tv wasn't flat screen but one of those old, heavy ones and the shower box seemed like something out of the 80's...made entirely of plastic and palpably worn out. Apart from the fact that everything seemed quite old, our stay was very pleasant and they make up for their lack of remodeling by providing a fully stacked mini fridge and a costly, but available, wi-fi service in every room.

Wir durften unser Zimmer schon am Morgen um 8.00 beziehen. Wir erhielten eine wunderschöne kleine Suite mit herrlicher Dachterrasse, ohne Aufpreis! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer tiptop sauber und das Frühstückbuffet auch ganz in Ordnung. Dieses Hotel empfehle ich uneingeschränkt weiter.

Situazione delle camere e degli spazi decisamente da ristrutturare, arredamenti vecchi, moquette sporca, camera calda, no wifi. Ristorante inutilizzabile se presenti gruppi. Meglio aspettare che ci investano su un poco.

La posizione centralissima, la vista della terrazza della camera che spazia su tutta la città il porto e lo stretto, il prezzo estremamente conveniente

Ottima struttura, posizione centralissima a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione! Colazione favolosa!

A localizaçao e excelente, pertissimo da rodoviaria, atendimento muito bom, a recepcionista fez de tudo para que nossa estadia fosse agradavel, buscando soluçoes imediatas. Tem internet wi fi gratuita no saguao do hotel, e paga nos quartos, facilitando a comunicaçao. Recomendo para quem esta sem carro, e precisa ficar num local de facilimo acesso, perto de mercadinho, banco, centro, lojas, tem tudo bem pertinho podendo fazer tudo a pé.

Unico ponto negativo , mas nao muito relevante, é que este hotel é antigo, portanto um pouco velho no sentido da decoraçao do quarto, os moveis sao antigos e o carpet tinha alguns buracos , mas de um modo geral me pareceu limpo e organizado, mas velho e um pouco mal mantido, em termos de moveis, colçao era de mola e antigo, mas deu pra dormir bem. Este hotel é dos anos 70, portanto bem antigo.
