The outstanding location just metres from Piazza San Marco. Welcome pack for our daughter. Room a bit small. Thin walls. Hotel has had a makeover since its 1960s construction, but some of the old original fittings remain eg doors. |

The siting of the hotel is excellent, the staff very friendly, the public spaces decoration is fine. Ecxellent choice. The bathrooms, althaugh very clean could be renovated to meet the hotel's standards. |

Location was great, staff was helpful and courteous, good breakfast offering; everything very clean. Only downside was small and uncomfortable room, which we will avoid next visit. Room was too small; bathroom impossible, with zero shelf space for toiletries, and a shower where water spilled all over the bathroom floor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the A/C did not work, which made sleeping very difficult. |

The location The room was facing the crowded street and there was no air- conditioning . The heat was turned on and we had to sleep with the windows open- very loud. After 2 nights of no sleep, we asked the front desk to move us to another room and they said no and that there was nothing they could do. For the price that we paid for the room I would expect that they would atleast try to make their guests happy |

The position is excellent- right near San Marco square. The room was very nice, bathroom spacious, clean and well supplied. Breakfast was good too. |

nice location and good breakfast ! could be 3 star perfect hotel very small and tiny rooms, not a 4 star hotel for sure, rooms were nice but already old, you can do nothing in the room, b/c the whole room is almost only one bed no space to move |
