Location is close to shops and many food outlets and can walk to all the major tourist stuff. Apartment is large, nice kitchen , has washing machine for clothes . Wifi is good
Stuff didn't work like one if the aircons, a fan , some lights and one of the keys we were given. Place was a bit untidy and could have been cleaned a bit better. Bedding was fairly ho hum certainly not that great - adequate but could and should of been better
Close to all the tourist hot spots and plenty of restaurants to choose from with a lively piazza, all in the beautiful old part of Rome.
Not much to not like, on the third floor, but that wasn't a real bother either.
The location was superb, a walk to all the best sites. Restaurants were 50 meters away and coffee!!
No WiFi, the 71 steps to the top of the building, the ceiling very low in most places in the apartment banged head often.
Broken fridge, broken washing machine, broken haidryer, very basic & unclean kitchen. Lack of towels. Generally v basic.
Excellent location in beautiful, narrow street with excellent views, no excessive noise and walking distance to almost everything. Good air conditioning.
Wifi didn't work. Many stairs to climb. No water boiler.
Location was brilliant. The apartment was very comfortable, roomy and light. Giving all of us the space we needed when we in the apartment. The bed in the double room, was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It was a great base to walk from to all the sights. With a great restaurant just around the corner, which led into a l7vely and vibrant square. The square hosted a daily market, which was fab.
The bath had been painted, not well, and when we showered, it started to peel, not very nice nor hygenic! The floor in the bathroom areas could have been cleaner. We were charged for a late arrival, even though I had emails to say we wouldn't be. The stairs were a challenge but we did expect them, maybe not quite so many!
Size, location and area were all excellent. Ability to open the big full length windows front and back kept the place cool. Facilities great. Clean, private entrance.
The air conditioning kept cutting out and you needed to reset by flicking the circuit breaker. Also the showers hot water had a mind of its own (hot cold hot cold)
No proper drain for the Air condition condensate water.no odour trap for the shower drain, smelling .
This apartment was well located near Campo Di F'iore. We loved wandering from there to find stores and restaurants. It was a good sized place for our family of 5.
The air conditioning units are only in the main room and the 2nd bedroom. We found it quite hot at night in the master bedroom. The bathroom is due for some updating
Its very well located apartment
Paulo very welcoming and helpful as we were late getting to the apartment. Simply fantastic apartment with rooftop terrace. LOVED our stay.
Few odours from plumbing, do have to get your suitcase to top floor, but totally worth it.
Very good location to walk around central Rome, near Campo di Fiori.
Noisy early morning (market preparation).
The apartments were well located about a 20 minute walk from all the attractions of Rome. Campo del Fiori has lovely markets in the morning and is transformed at night with many very good bars and restaurants. The apartment was very good, clean and well provided for.
No real negatives, a kettle and toaster would have been nice but everything else was provided.
Great location, very close to Piazza Campo de Fiori. This helped a lot because we could reach easily all majour sights in Rome from it.
Spectacularly good location. Very central, pretty easy walk to most major sites and close to transport options. The onsite check-in with a map adorned with direct tips from a local on the best eating spots was a particular bonus. The apartment was well presented and flexible to our needs with 3 kids aged 7 and under.
There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues (of no real significance) that will be sorted easily. The hike up the stairs was sometimes challenging for the younger kids (but the kids have it a big thumbs up).
Very central location - ideal for exploring the central sites on foot and Trastavere night life. Close to taxi rank in Place Argentina so easy for airport. The flat was tastefully decorated and comfortable. We booked at very short notice and were impressed by efficiency of keyholder.
Shower could have done with some more thorough cleaning. We could have done with some guidance on where to leave rubbish and recycling.
The location in the Heart of Rome.giving easy access to all the places on the tourist map The roof garden. The spaciousness of the rooms The tranquility in the heart of a city
Broken kitchen equipment No microwave Late keyholder Batteries not checked for remotes I left stuff in a drawer and emailed immediately but still no reply
The location, the bedrooms (exposed roof beams etc) and the bathroom.
Insufficient information about the individual properties. Our apartment was up several flights of stairs which were difficult to negotiate by my 84-year old mother-in-law. The staircase and terrace hadn't been cleaned for some time, and the apartment was dusty. The toilet seat in the second bathroom had part of its fittings missing. The person who met us at the apartment to hand over the keys did not know much about it. The living/dining room felt a bit crammed due to the third double-bed in there. At this price level, I had expected better cleaning, better and friendlier service, better upfront information. To call this a 'luxury appartment' is certainly over-selling it.
Perfect arpartment for 4 nights in Rome. We really enjoyed the location, the rooftop terrace and layout of the arpartment. Will recommend it anytime
in the night it was rather loud from people in the street
Perfectly situated in the middle of the Rome city centre within walking distance to all attractions. Very nice apartment for the six of us with all facilities needed. To be recommended :-)
Space in the apartment was good. Nice central location.
I would stay in a hotel in Rome next time. We did not have support for orienting ourselves to Rome that you would get with a hotel staff member. We saw our apartment representative for 5 minutes while she quickly showed us the apartment. Could not leave luggage there for the last day, which you could in a hotel. The second bed was a pull- out couch, and for the money this is not really a good value. Campo de Fiori is fun area to visit, but very noisy both night and early morning.
Location and equipment provided
Feather quilts/pillows (we have allergies) and no soap was provided
Location is great: all famous sites of Rome are nearby, just downstairs located two great moderately expensive restaurants, pharmacy, butcher shop, super etc.
1. kitchen: a lot of dishes broken and unclean, you have a lot of plates but only one soup/cornflakes bowl, about a 30 forks and only two small spoons. all lids unsuitable for pots, dishwashing machine without tablets.2. towels and bed stuff - we were stayed for a week and had only 6 towels for 4 people; there were only two poor blankets without cover (unclean); no kitchen towels et al 3. hot water - it was usual to have cold shower at the middle of your bath 4. design: wall colors is a disaster - mud brown, furniture are old and broken 5. terrace: unclean, without lights, without chairs ( there were three of but two were broken) 6. you should looking for garbage clearing 7. terrible smell in entrance 8. if you arrive after 22 they charge you additional 30 euro
