Location was good as it was close to many venues. The rooftop garden was a nice feature and gave the feeling of extra space
The location was right in the middle of a number of bars and restaurants and the noise that traveled up the walls made it very difficult to sleep until after 2 am. The bed was one of the worst we have ever had to endure. An old, compressed futon, it felt like we were sleeping on a board. The extra pillow for the third person in the room was like a left over sandbag from WWII.
Excelent apartament on Via del Boschetto, yet not well enough advertised onyour website. We were surprised with all the things we found there that weren t mentioned, like hair dryer, iron, dishwaser. It looks better than the pictures, the neigborhood is really nice.
That we only had one set of keys for 4 people.
Very good location of the apartment and nice to have the roof terrace to enjoy the view of Rome from the top.
The apartment is marked as a luxury apartment, but this is not the case anymore. Many guest have been here and this is visible all over. The toilet was not working properly (but was fixed fast) and the hot water was coming on/off.
The location was perfect. The apartment itself was nice as well, however the roof terrace wasn't attached to the apartment (as expected). The manager was friendly and helpful. The apartment was quite well equipped, pretty much everything you need in the kitchen was there etc. The location was very central, nice restaurants and little shops around. Close to Colosseum. A big plus for the kids chanel on TV. On the day of departure we could leave our suitcases in the apartment for a few hours after the check out, that was a nice bonus.
The keyholder who came to meet us at the apartment was very nervous and not professional at all. It turned out that she had never been in the apartment before. The roof terrace was on the upper floor, we were not provided a key for it, and we had to knock on the neighbour's doors to have the door opened for the terrace. The terrace was quite dirty, although the view was stunning.. About 100 steps to climb up to the apartment, not great with when travelling with the kid.. I did know in advance, that there is no elevator, next time I won't think it doesn't matter. The bathroom was a bit filthy, especially shower. The shower curtain was molded and the drain was blocked. A little bit of work in the bathroom would be needed. We had booked for 3+1, however the beds were made only for two. When I asked about this from the keyholder, she popped up the sofa bed and threw a couple of pillows on the (very narrow) leather sofa, "there you go!!" Eventually we got all the needed bed linen, however in my opinion the beds should have been ready already when we got there. Despite we had a few problems with the keyholder and the terrace stuff was a bit disappointing as well, we enjoyed our stay after all..
location,clean and comfortable
The apartment is very centrally located - Monti is charming. Local shops are on the doorstep, also bars and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped if you wish to ccok. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious living space. We loved it!
The location of the apartments was excellent, easy access to metros and in a great neighborhood. T
At the Madonna del Monti 6 apartment the apartment was comfortable but the bathroom was unacceptable. There are mold issues in the shower that need to be addressed, and the toilet stopped functioning during our stay. This was most inconvenient.
The apartment was in an excellent location to walk or use public transport to all the sites. Plenty of space for us all. Helpful staff. Thank you
The kitchen was a bit short on space and we had trouble flushing the toilet throughout the stay
Great location for access to everything
Very noises square, hangout for drinking around fountain
next to the Colosseum, 2 minutes to the metro, terrace
looks like the owner just left the apartment, shower was broken (didn't fix it 'till the next day; gave us a bottle of wine as compensation), not clean, mold in the bathroom
Location, close to Termini Station, buses, many attractions within walking distance. (we are good walkers)
Small shower with awkward curtain.
The apartment is well decorated, with fantastic location and view. Both lift and Wifi in fact are available.
Detailed needs of guests，according to how long they stay in the apartment， fail to be considered by the staff , such as toilet paper.
The location is very good. It is easy to move around just walking. There are various options for food in the area and many grocery stores. The house is very spacious, which is nice traveling with kids (and grandparents as well!).
The shower is full of mould; the bath tub cannot be used for shower as it has no curtains. It would be nice to have few more clean towels available - we were there for 4 days and did not want to do laundry. Also there is no place to hang used/wet towels to let them dry - which makes using them for multiple days more complicated. The kitchen could be a bit better furnished: there was only 1 towel for the dishes and the coffee pot was very old and broke the second day (the handle actually broke) which made it difficult to use afterwards. It would be nice to have wireless in the house.
The location and security of the premises. It was really quiet and easy walking to everything.
They swapped us from the apartment that we had chosen and booked and emailed 1 week before to advise us. We had no options. They charged us twice for the accommodation, didn't advise us and took 5 days to respond to emails and phone calls. We eventually got a refund 10 days later but paid an additional €60 in bank fees. Customer service was terrible.
The location and views were fantastic.
The bathroom was very outdated and the shower had a continuous drip.
Location, roof terrace, space. Quality of accommodation was good but not outstanding.
Sofabed was too small for two people really. Apartment was a bit expensive for what it was I felt.
Excellent location. Spacious sitting room. Good supply of books.
We were on the top (fourth) floor; there was no lift. We were not told of this until the deposit had been taken. Very small bedroom. The shower cubicle was mouldy. I would not call this a luxury apartment, certainly not for the money charged. We had to wait a long time outside the apartment before we were met and let in.
We stayed in apartment on Piazza del Grillo 10. Good location, we liked the apartment very much, nice balcony with a view and sunshine! Comfortable beds, nice bathroom.
Location.. amazing views of Rome. Highly recommended, very good value for money.
Shower not really perfect but location and breathtaking views of Rome were more than enough to forget about the little imperfections
The apartment is located on quiet street (via Leonina), and is designed in traditional Italian style. It has a big terrace with the view on S. Maria ai Monti church, which is ideal for taking food thanks to big table and awning. There are two bathrooms, kitchen with gas and lots of plates and dishes, Wi-Fi. Cavour metro station is just a couple minutes away, Coliseum can be reached by foot in 10-15 minutes.
There is no kettle. Door-locks require some practice to be used easily.
The apartment was beautiful. The view was stunning. It was in a great location. There were tons of restaurants and shopping with in walking distance.
Both beds in the apartment were uncomfortable. The shower never stopped dripping and the water pressure was terrible.
I liked the location, and the flat.
The personal was awfull , we have to wait 2 hs untill be in the flat ( one hour the girl who was in charge to open the door she wasn't there) another hour she doesn't have the right key . She was very rude. There wasn't microwave. We didn't have Internet for one and a half day
very goog location helpful staff
