the room without carpet on the floor (it is good) Hotel' receptionist could not find our reservation number when we came into Hotel. We were lucky and there was free room at that moment. The breakfast could be more varied. electricity adapter was not available in the first evening |

I thought the hotel was beautifully designed. Very stylish with an impressive attention to detail. Felt the directions to the restaurant could have been clearer. We were unaware that there was a main restaurant on the 5th floor. |

Very close to undergound station/s. Did not always use the closest as it was enjoyable walk to another one. Breakfast was included in rate & had a vast choice of items. All staff very courteous & helpful especially those who serviced the rooms. |

Good breakfast and a very comfortable bed with crisp clean sheets. Slightly out of the way for a stay in central Milan, although easy access via the Metro. |

Staff very helpful - guided us to a very nice traditional Italian restaurant. The air-conditioning pack-up during the night and the room became very hot in the early hours. |
