Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück im 5. Stock mit Fernblick (!!), sehr nah bei der U-Bahn Station Gambara, relativ nah zu Flughafen Malpensa (ca. 1 Std. Fahrt mit Umsteigen in Cadorna), gute Infrastruktur (Lokale, Supermarkt, etc.) Barbereich ist sehr klein, hat nur 1 Cocktail auf der Karte. Abends noch auf einen netten Drink sollte man eher in anderes Lokal legen, ansonsten ist Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. |

the room without carpet on the floor (it is good) Hotel' receptionist could not find our reservation number when we came into Hotel. We were lucky and there was free room at that moment. The breakfast could be more varied. electricity adapter was not available in the first evening |

I thought the hotel was beautifully designed. Very stylish with an impressive attention to detail. Felt the directions to the restaurant could have been clearer. We were unaware that there was a main restaurant on the 5th floor. |

Very close to undergound station/s. Did not always use the closest as it was enjoyable walk to another one. Breakfast was included in rate & had a vast choice of items. All staff very courteous & helpful especially those who serviced the rooms. |
