Very friendly , helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Felt safe and comfortable. Would stay there again. Air con at night was not quite as good, a bit warm. |

Loved the location of the breakfast bar area, looking over the street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A little bit far from the city centre, although once we discovered where the metro stop it was cheap and easy to travel.Taxis from the hotel were very expensive. |

the room without carpet on the floor (it is good) Hotel' receptionist could not find our reservation number when we came into Hotel. We were lucky and there was free room at that moment. The breakfast could be more varied. electricity adapter was not available in the first evening |

I thought the hotel was beautifully designed. Very stylish with an impressive attention to detail. Felt the directions to the restaurant could have been clearer. We were unaware that there was a main restaurant on the 5th floor. |

Its a bit old style hotel but if need to go to San Siro is ok around 20-25min walk also underground is 400 metre.also big plus is free car park outside the hotel who is big plus for big city who is Milan. room style is not good for me also very busy avenue in front of hotel so some noise is on the room |
