Clean, newly renovated rooms, personal care of guests
Good service discreet attention.
My friend and I reached the hotel one day later because of the schedule delayed at Napoli. It was not breakfast time when we reached but we were starving and the owner provided us some cakes and coffee which is very kind of him. Whatever we requested they would tried their best to provide us, like extra hangers (we requested a lot!), clothes drying stand (because we wanted to wash clothes when we saw they have balcony!) etc. They even told us that they can help to wash. The owner and his staffs are excellent, we love them.
The only problem is that we hardly find them at reception desk. They only available during day time, they left quite early about 9pm.
The B and B is close to the train station and within 10 minutes walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Breakfast is pretty good.
The comunication can be a little chalenging since nobody speaks english.
Walking distance to the railway station & the inner city. Though no English was spoken the staff were excellent. We even got to wash our clothes for no extra charge. The breakfasts were lovely.
Though recently renovated by the looks of it, our shower water would go under the glass screen & flood 1/2 the bathroom. Very annoying.
Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! The owner was extremely hospitable and the staff was friendly. Loved the cappucinos they made for us every morning. :)
little bit far from station Difficult communication in English.
Very modern, spotlessly clean B&B in safe location and secure building. Good breakfast even though we did not partake because we had to leave before 8 am, to get in line for the museums
Mario did not speak any English and unfortunately, we do not speak Italian. No socializing or communication was possible. A small breakfast put out at 7:30 would have been nice.
Nothing to mention
-Employees were kind and eager to please, patient, and made one heck of a cappaccino. -very clean, modern rooms, TONS of space. -variety of breakfast items -Mario, was very courteous and mindful of his guests needs.
-Breakfast was a little intimate, not all customers would prefer this (shared community table). We didn't mind it but others may. -Employees don't speak a ton of English which can make things more complicated (patience is a virtue, ha ha)
I have styed in Rubina for 2 night & 3 days. had some issues in 1st day which was taken care, 2nd day was excellent. Hospitality was also good.
1st day, I have been given rooms where there was no Freeze & Hot water to tap. I have noticed it next morning, I felt like being compromised. But once I have informed this to owner he immediately changed my rooms to better ones. I think they have added 2 new rooms where setup is not completely ready. I would appreciate if he would check facilities before offered to customer.
The place was very clean, staff very friendly and accomadatating. It is close to everything, breakfasts were good. Free wifi and cable tv. We felt very safe.
We likes everything
Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast to start the day and very helpful owner. Great to have secure parking.
The flat was big enough...
This is not a hotel. The owner decided instead of renting flats on a monthly basis, to rent it on a daily thus earning more money... He did not even bother to learn few words in English so as to communicate with non Italians. The breakfast is in the kitchen of one of the apartments and you are sitting on the same table with the other tennants of the property. We felt like in a YMCA. With the same amount you can stay in a proper hotel closer to the city centre. The parking charge is another method the owner is using to earn more money. Be careful. I strongly don't recommend this property...
Mario is a prestigious person and sorry to say that we rarely felt it in Italy during our two weeks visit to different Italian cities.Excellent cappuccino and friendly atmosphere.
Nothing serious really.
It was a short stay but very comfortable. The place is well organised and the rooms are nice and spacious. The location is well within walking distance of the city centre and the railway station and not to forget, the breakfast was yummy.
Everything, friendly, clean helpful! Girls with breakfast darling!!! Mario just great!
Sign too small passed it several times then had to get out of car before we realized it was on the 3rd floor of a bank!!!
Modern clean room. Light Nice Balcony Secure Friendly Family run.
Quite hard to find .
Amazing Breakfast, very clean rooms. Mario is very friendly and accommodating. He makes the best espresso's and cappuccinos. Lovely apartment.
Homey b&b and Mario is very nice even with limited english! Room is just enough for 3, modern shower and sanitary, air conditioned room.
10-15 minutes walk to city centre.. When you plan to visit The Mall, it's not so practical :p
Very comfortable place, close to historic town, nice and helpful owners. Very artistic place!
Hotel was lovely and very modern
Staff doesn't speak English and it was hard to find
Brand new facilities, very nicely decorated and good location, 10 min walk to train station and city center.
Availability of staff on reception was not regular
Like your home in Florence. Clean, friendly and spacious. Modern, in a town that everything is baroque…Very convenient for us visiting Pitti, as the Fortesa is 5 minutes walk.
