-Employees were kind and eager to please, patient, and made one heck of a cappaccino. -very clean, modern rooms, TONS of space. -variety of breakfast items -Mario, was very courteous and mindful of his guests needs.
-Breakfast was a little intimate, not all customers would prefer this (shared community table). We didn't mind it but others may. -Employees don't speak a ton of English which can make things more complicated (patience is a virtue, ha ha)
I have styed in Rubina for 2 night & 3 days. had some issues in 1st day which was taken care, 2nd day was excellent. Hospitality was also good.
1st day, I have been given rooms where there was no Freeze & Hot water to tap. I have noticed it next morning, I felt like being compromised. But once I have informed this to owner he immediately changed my rooms to better ones. I think they have added 2 new rooms where setup is not completely ready. I would appreciate if he would check facilities before offered to customer.
The place was very clean, staff very friendly and accomadatating. It is close to everything, breakfasts were good. Free wifi and cable tv. We felt very safe.
We likes everything
Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast to start the day and very helpful owner. Great to have secure parking.
The flat was big enough...
This is not a hotel. The owner decided instead of renting flats on a monthly basis, to rent it on a daily thus earning more money... He did not even bother to learn few words in English so as to communicate with non Italians. The breakfast is in the kitchen of one of the apartments and you are sitting on the same table with the other tennants of the property. We felt like in a YMCA. With the same amount you can stay in a proper hotel closer to the city centre. The parking charge is another method the owner is using to earn more money. Be careful. I strongly don't recommend this property...
Mario is a prestigious person and sorry to say that we rarely felt it in Italy during our two weeks visit to different Italian cities.Excellent cappuccino and friendly atmosphere.
Nothing serious really.
It was a short stay but very comfortable. The place is well organised and the rooms are nice and spacious. The location is well within walking distance of the city centre and the railway station and not to forget, the breakfast was yummy.
Everything, friendly, clean helpful! Girls with breakfast darling!!! Mario just great!
Sign too small passed it several times then had to get out of car before we realized it was on the 3rd floor of a bank!!!
Modern clean room. Light Nice Balcony Secure Friendly Family run.
Quite hard to find .
Amazing Breakfast, very clean rooms. Mario is very friendly and accommodating. He makes the best espresso's and cappuccinos. Lovely apartment.
Homey b&b and Mario is very nice even with limited english! Room is just enough for 3, modern shower and sanitary, air conditioned room.
10-15 minutes walk to city centre.. When you plan to visit The Mall, it's not so practical :p
Very comfortable place, close to historic town, nice and helpful owners. Very artistic place!
Hotel was lovely and very modern
Staff doesn't speak English and it was hard to find
Brand new facilities, very nicely decorated and good location, 10 min walk to train station and city center.
Availability of staff on reception was not regular
Like your home in Florence. Clean, friendly and spacious. Modern, in a town that everything is baroque…Very convenient for us visiting Pitti, as the Fortesa is 5 minutes walk.
the breakfast, the fact that Mario really looked after us, the very comfortable bed.
unfortunately we didn't get the room with a separate shower that was requested, but as we were very late arriving we really can't complain!
Location of Rubina Belfore is good. Clean room with modern bathroom and good breakfast.
Room is little small for accommodating three adults. Single bed is not comfortable and too cramped.
Very modern hotel with family atmosphere.
Very modern. The staff was very nice. Our room was very clean. We were close to the center of the city so we were able to walk to the many cafés and resterants and the many historic sites. Half or full Day trips to cities like Pisa are easy to book. We would say here again.
Mario and Ludovica, the owners were very nice and helpful on information we needed. Mario can't speak much English but still managed to make our stay good with his efforts to help. Room is modern and clean.
The stairs leading to the room. Anytime there's stairs, it makes it tough for travelling family in a long vacation with big luggage. But we shd hv known better.
Hi, I was in Florence for a week if work. The b&b is all new, with big rooms, fully furnished with new furniture and equipements (tv, mini fridge, hair dryer, wifi very good signal), big private balcony and nice light through the big windows. In the morning a good and complete breakfast is waiting in the main room. A real expresso and capuccino can be ordered at the moment. Several cakes, cereals and other kind of seweeties food. Or choose among different ham and cheese with bread if you prefer salt breakfast. It is a nice self service as we were at home. The owner, Mario, know everything about Florence and he can help whatever the question you have about the beautiful city. The b&b is located next to the main train station which is in the city center, 5min by walk. The tramway is close and several bus lines connecting the city, as the 22 or 30. For me was practise as I worked at the Fortezza da Basso 5min by walk from the b&b. Pay attention if it is your first time, the b&b is in a real building where other residents live. There is an indication on the wall of the main entrance at the number 43 viale Belfiore. I really appreciated my stay during the week in this b&b. Grazie Mario.
The room was cute and clean, and the breakfast was very filling. While the male owner spoke almost no English and was difficult to communicate with in this way, the daughter spoke well and was a joy to work with when she was around.
The last night we stayed, we needed to be up the next morning at 4:30am to get to the airport for an early flight home. However, a whole group of people and the male owner kept us up quite late watching a football game and cheering/loudly reacting to the events. This went well past midnight, and the bed and breakfast is small so their television area that the owners use is meters away from your door.
A very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were bright and a good size. Mario, the owner, was very friendly.
The room was really nice, very spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good though a bit on the sweet side. The owners were kind and helpful, though language was a barrier with the dad (while the daughter spoke great English).
The location was on a big busy road though not too far from the station. The wifi was on the slow side.
