The location was perfect (a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the train station). If you don't plan to rent a car (which we didn't), this is a prime local. The large rooms were great (equipped with a refrigerator and cooking facility if you need it). The Manager was very friendly and helpful. |

The hotel is fabulous! We had an apartment - two bedrooms, two baths, a small kitchen and sitting area for our family of 4. It was very conveniently located and beautifully decorated. The only small drawback was no elevator, which might be a problem for some, however, if you cannot walk a lot and uphill, you probably don't want to be visiting Cortona anyway. |

The hospitality shown was excellent. We were given a complete rundown of the room and facilities and also a map of town and places to see and places to eat. Staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. |

Well decorated and furnished room, comfortable bed, centrally located Toilet / shower far too small for ease of use. (Left my umbrella there !!) |

the innkeeper was very obliging to meet our special needs and the location is great we did not understand that you needed to climb stairs to reach anything and as we were on bikes, this was a bit difficult for securing them. the innkeeper was very nice in giving us a room to store them but it is important to know that there at still lots of stairs once you are inside. also one of the rooms had a strong mildew smell and lacked good lighting. prefer breakfast in hotel |

Nos atendieron excelente, la habitacion muy comoda y muy bien ambientada. El hotel en general muy bien decorado y ambientado, el personal muy amable. Excelente ubicacion . ninguna queja . La verdad no tengo ninguna queja todo excelente. |

La posizione al centro di Cortona è ottima per girare a piedi,ma difficile da raggiungere all'arrivo con le valigie La scarsa pulizia della camera,cuscini,lenzuola e tappeti sporchi,le camere non vengono rifatte,l'unica finestra era troppo in alto per essere raggiunta e conseguente puzza di chiuso e muffa,impianto di condizionamento fasullo,personale inesistente e la colazione non viene effettuata in loco ma in alcuni bar della via,dove è possibile prendere solo una bevanda calda e un brioche con il buono... |

En oerhört vänlig och serviceinriktad värd tog emot oss. Det var lätt att få kontakt och hjälp om det behövdes. Hotellet låg centralt i Cortona, man var mitt upp i allt, stämning, historiska vingslag, traktens innevånare osv. En väldigt mysig upplevelse! |

Sehr gute lage inmitten der Altstadt. Liebevol renovierres Haus und geschmakvoll eingerichttes Zimmer. Miserabeler Service ! Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts nur einmal gereinigt. Kein Ansprechpartner war erreichbar ! |

la decoración de la habitación donde nos alojamos "el vico de la luna" es exquisita y Maximo es encantador, habla español. Es un Bed&Breakfast que está situado muy céntrico. No tiene ascensor y el desayuno quizás resulte escaso por lo demás excelente. |
