Rugapiana Vacanze  

Just inside old city Cortona. Easy to reach. But it's Massimo's service that really makes this place awesome. He carried our luggage, made restaurant reservations and was always available. Noticing my husbands handicap, he changed our accomodations from 3rd level to 1st giving us an apt. For the same price. This a very nice hotel.

We stayed in front so there was street noise. Breakfast was coffee and a roll at a nearby bakery.

Perfect location for visiting centro Cortona! I was upgraded from a superior double to a small apartment with kitchen.

Lack of hot water for a shower. When I told Massimo, he said that was a problem with that particular room. Free parking is at the bottom of a steep hill plus very steep stairs within the hotel.

Location was very good. Very confortable room.

There was nobody ther when we arrived, so we wento to have lunch in a restaurant and have them call the numberr in the reservatin voucher for somebody to show up.

Loved the location, charm and facilities (kitchen). Would highly recommend.

Massimo's welcome was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay in Cortona and would definitely recommend Rugapiana Vacanze to anyone. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans a welcome addition.

The front of the building can be a little noisy at night as it faces onto the main street.

Excellent location in the middle of Cortona and a very charming apartment. The host was very serviceminded!

The host was very helpful, telling us of many of the features of the town. The apartment was well situated at the hub of the town and was on the only flat street. Cortona has no car access in the central part, but parking was available only a short walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

It got very hot (it was July). There was a fan in the bedroom only. If you opened the windows for cooling overnight it was very noisy. The surrounding bars and cafes are busy until after midnight.

Excellent location as free parking nearby with escalators upto village. Very friendly staff. We were warmly welcomed & shown all facilities personally, lots of information on hand for our stay. Staff spoke very good English. Very clean & comfortable accomodation in two rooms with bathrooms & kitchen facilities. Lovely rustic Italian accomodation with lots of lovely touches in all rooms, making the apartments like home from home. Lots of towels & bath robes, toiletries, etc. Near to all shops & cafes & bars.

There were fans but air conditioning would be an added bonus. A kettle & tea pot in the kitchen area would be appreciated. Instructions on how to use tv would be helpful.

We were given the suite though we had only booked a room. It's charming and comfortable and we were glad of the extra space. Massimo is very welcoming and very helpful. Although the breakfast is basic, it was enough for us and the Cafe D'artists, where we had it, is well worth a visit anyway. The B&B is perfectly situated in the centre of town and we really enjoyed out stay. We would certainly come again.

The shower is a slight nuisance. There's only enough hot water for one person ( and we shower reasonably quickly). It looked as if it reheated very quickly ( say twenty minutes?) but we opted for staggering our showers so it wasn't really a problem for us.

Posizione fantastica e disponibilità dei proprietari eccellente. camera ben arredata e fornita di tutti i comfort. Nonostante posizione centralissima, la camera è ben insonorizzata.

Bagno un po' troppo piccolo. Materasso non proprio ergonomico. La camera, affacciandosi su pozzo luce era carente di luce naturale.

O quarto do hotel é muito bonito e um tanto exótico. A localização é muito boa e o atendimento foi muito bom.

Da dificuldade em encontrar lugar para deixar o carro.

Ottima posizione. Camere confortevoli, spaziose e arredate con gusto.

A única coisa que não funcionava legal foi a ducha de banho que tinha o suporte quebrado

Posizione ottima arredo molto curato ed in tono con il luogo, proprietario molto gentile..ci ha dato l'appartamento al posto della stanza matrimoniale allo stesso prezzo!!! Ci torneremo!

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa il bagno era un po' piccolo

A localização é ótima, o wifi funciona e a calefação tambem.

Não tem elevador e são muitos os degraus. O banheiro do nosso quarto era muito pequeno e o box extremamente apertado para um homem de média compleição. O vaso sanitário fica imprensado entre o box e a parede. A cama, por ser de mola, é barulhenta. Ficamos apenas uma noite de uma reserva de 8 dias. Tivemos um problema com uma pessoa do grupo que tinha uma prótese femural e não conseguia subir as escadas sem sentir dor. Assim, fomos obrigados a sair do hotel. Embora o hotel tenha legalmente o direito de cobrar o pagamento da reserva integral, ficamos decepcionados em não conseguirmos um acordo e tivemos de pagar integralmente as 8 diárias. Decididamente, no meu entender, não é uma boa política com os clientes.

A decoração é muito acolhedora, e a localização é excelente. Muito bom mesmo. Ficamos em um apartamento com dois quartos, dois banheiros, copa/cozinha. Vista para a principal rua da cidade, que por sinal , é incrível.

Ovviamente e' solo un consiglio,dato che siamo stati benissimo,ma la porta d'entrata del B&B dovrebbe essere un po' piu' in stile "cortona medievale".Questo e' l'unico appunto che faccio per il resto,come gia' detto,e' stato un soggiorno perfetto.Grazie

Stanza bellissima, arredata con gusto. Incredibili le mura etrusche a vista in camera. Bello il letto a baldacchino. Personale simpatico e competente. Posizione centralissima.

Bagno piccolo e vista non proprio esaltante su di un cortile interno.
